OMM seems to me the market is not yet ready to move that house. Is Jo able to take a loan or pay you monthly to buy you out? She is most likely terrified of moving. On the other hand what about buying her out? Third if you plan to coexist you have leverage to lay it out and set the rules. If all of this fails and you are not happy... make yourself happy and go with the sell and run plan.

Hi Buckshot.
Well, I had some life changing moments, yesterday and today, so gonna have to rethink things again.
Jo's only income is $480 a month SS. She can't do diddle with that. Sometimes I feel that we are together for a reason, I have yet to learn. Thank you for thinking things over....you're a good friend.

I have a question OMM or anyone that may know. I have one auto growing and if I take a cutting will it still remain an auto? I know the genetics should be the same but I thought I would ask.

Hi All. Don't know if you remember, however I had a Doctor's appointment yesterday. Her office is on the second floor and it's a long walk. When I got there I was panting as usual. My Doctor saw me panting and told me to just sit for a while. Once my breathing was normal she had a nurse put a little sensor on my finger and we went walking.
I was panting when we got back. My Dr. and another one had a short talk. Then she started writing prescriptions,
All kinds of inhalers and such. Then she told be she would order oxygen for me. Did she ever!
This morning a truck pulled up and a cool local guy started unloading stuff. One big ass metal bottle of oxygen, for my bedroom. An emergency stash, I learned. Then ten smaller bottles by my front door with a no smoking sign on them all. Last he brought in the main piece of equipment, an oxygen generator. To this he connected a 60' tube.
The other end connected to my nose. He pushed the button....and.....I could breath! Wonderful!
The tubbing could reach down here where I work and grow, but it will never be down here...to dangerous, I use open flames to light Js in here. He thought my grow was cool and told me not to worry he would say nothing. None of his business he said. Just be careful of open flames. Guess I'll be using my vape allot from now on.
I want to thank you all, at least those who pay taxes....you are paying for this since I'm a vet. It is not cheap.
The set up was over 5 grand and the monthly bill is about the same. Oxygen = gold. For me Oxygen = Life.

My mom had one of those. I asked her to use one of her tanks for my hydro set up

Yea shell remain an auto and pick up where it left off. I figure if you take the cutting at the right time she should still come out abou the same in weight if not atleast half of a good harvest

No Problem! And glad you can breath again. Its the least we can do to thank you for your service, I just wish the government would do a lot more for you guys.
This is fantastic news OMM. To be able to breath is a good thing. It sounds like you have the top of the line system so life will be good from now on.
