I checked my ppfd and turned the light down a bit. I think whatever issues we had going on were compounded by my lack of clearance to the lights. We are far enough along that I think they will come out just fine. I’m guessing maybe another week yet. I love the bud structure and can’t wait to see how they come out

They are taking their time but, I think we are finally there.
Should be taking the tops tomorrow and will let the lower buds color up a bit.
I removed a bunch of fan leaves to get the light deeper into the canopy for now.

Letting more light in really colored the lower buds up.
I’ve been letting them go on since I’m just not seeing amber yet, except in one top that I took. I’m glad I did, they are rewarding me with an impressive show of colors.
I’ve decided that I have two phenos. Cana, who I think had a touch of nitrogen toxicity, has to be a purple pheno. Within a day of the lower green buds seeing direct light, they turned purple.
Fusi, on the other hand has buds that are much lighter purple, more of a lavender. The leaf coloration was much lighter during flower.
Both amazingly frosty!
I check em daily and hope to bring em down soon!

Beautiful colors, Olddog! The one with the dark purple leaves is especially striking.Letting more light in really colored the lower buds up.

When I've tried to grow "purple" plants I've usually gotten no purple. That's led me to suspect that some other growers are hoarding all the purple. I now have a new suspect.

I’ve taken the tops of both, and the rest is finishing up slowly. I’ll probably just call em done and chop em tonight or tomorrow.
Definitely a fun grow and I’m more than happy with the results of both the sip and quad line.
