Man everything looks so perfect!M so glad u got things figured out!! Love the colors on the sour diesel!! Lush n green is all see!! Great work!!
 
Just pulled sour diesel out of the cabinet. It is getting harvested tomorrow and will spend tonight alone in the dark:

It is handy using adjustable shelving tracks.
Just move the shelf way up in 10 seconds and then added white widow to the cabinet.

Left to right are lsd about 4 weeks left, not sure.

Man that Sour Diesel looks fantastic!! So is that gonna be your first smoke from the kit? Wonder how the difference will b from hydro to organics!! All your plants look dialed in. U got that kit working good!!

I did passive hydro for about 2 years before switching to the kit over 3 years ago. I ran the same 2 strains in the kit that I had been running in hydro and even though it was my first effort the difference was easily noticeable. The kit gave me higher density (throughout the plant, not just in the buds), more complexity in terpene profile and flavors, and was both easier and cheaper once my initial investment was made (i.e. bale of promix, ewc and tubs).

No knock on hydro, but if you want better produce, use the kit.
 
A question for you kit experts. My sour diesel buds seem to not be dense. I am not sure if that is because of the strain, or the environment. Temperature and humidity have been good and the OZone is gone. Is there something I should do differently with the kit to ensure dense buds? The other plants were nice and dense just this one was not.

Hmmmm.....I've not had this problem with Sour D....but I do know there are several versions of SD out there. perhaps you got a more sativa dominant cut?

The kit "sativafies" everything as well, so it's probably just the cut, especially if your other plants are doing well.

Things look Fantastic in there.


One thing you might try is using GE only the last 2 weeks and letting them go a week longer than you usually would. No amber I assume?

I wouldn't expect too much amber going forward. High Brix tends to stay cloudy.

I'll bet that sour d smokes like a fine sativa.
