I've personally had really good luck with the diatomaceus earth. The neem oil probably needs to be regularly for a good week at least..
I picked my gnatnix up at hydro shop.. $28... Not sure it's sold anywhere else...

Kofi, are you sure your dealing with gnats, and not thrip or some fly/flea? I got d/e everywhere, lol, they were breeding in it

Yeah man, for sure they were fungus gnats. Who knows why the d.e. isn't doing it for you dude. Anyway, if the gnatrix does the job, stick with it. Is that product organic or no?

Oh ok, so it probably has a similar effect as the d.e. D.e. acts like tiny shards of glass that cut into the exo-skeleton of the insect, causing them to de-hydrate and die. Neem, on the other hand, is effective because it not only disrupts the pest's ability to reproduce, but it is my understanding that it also makes them not want to eat! I combined the two - soil top dressed with neem pellets and diatomaceus earth sprinkled liberally over that!
No, doesn't kill them.. They can't penetrate the layer.. Only thing scientifically proven to control gnat populations.. Glass is rounded, looks like pumice... This is post 4000, I spend too much time here

Probably pH problems cause mag deficiency.. Give a look to fix ur soil..pH and feeding

After some research apparently tin foil can burn plants I noticed some tiny little holes in both plants and decided to look for an answer apparently that's it. So I've taken out my make shift reflector let's see if that helps a little fingers crossed

Yes. All good grizz. damn I hate making stupid mistakes oh well this grow really is about learning and learning I'm certainly doing but the hard way it seems
