Yes. The 7 gal is a full watering to run off and then about 32 oz about 7 hours later which is probably close to run off, at least a few drops.
If your soil tilth is right then your roots should absolutely fill a 7 gal fabric pot like a blivot.
And with heavy roots, proper soil and the plants transpiring as they should then twice a day is pretty normal for tiny (under 10 gal) pots.

If you're in flower especially late flower and only watering every 4 days then to me at least something ain't quite right.

The 20 gal i give about 1 to 1.25 gal of water a day which is never to run off.
I don't want them to have run off.
Just a good watering to keep everything moist .
Hmmm, I dunno. I don't want don't want to hijack your journal and will message you if that's ok?

Its not hijacking anything.
How much do your 7gl pots take per day? I have 5 plants and between them they're drinking about 9gl every 4 days, and I was going 5 for most of the grow. Is it better to water more frequently with organic soil? I thought it was best to not let them completely dry out like when using bottled nutes, but I didn't realize watering every day was optimal.

Totally depends on your soil.
First, 7 gal pots are really way too small for LOS.
I am having a hell of a time getting this one to do right.
Got to water twice a day need to add extra nutrients like coconut water and Buildabloom plus top dress with Bokashi and Craft Blend often and even then the buds are half the size of the 20 gal buds at best.
I am only using it just because its the biggest size I think I can fit in the spot left from the two 20 gal pots.

I'm probably giving the 7 gal about 3/4 gal a day and small amounts of nutrients every time to make up for the small amount of soil.

With organic soil you want the soil moist at all times.
And I always super oxygenate my water, so I am pushing dissolved oxygen into the soil everytime I water.

I saw that you oxygenate your water and wanted to ask how quickly does the water need to be used before the oxygen dissipates? Are you using an emitter? I have air stones and saw a video of an emitter and the difference was crazy, but I wasn't sure if the price justified the product.

Yes using an o2 emitter.
The dissolved oxygen will stay in the water for hours.
I got mine on sale about 4 years ago, I believe I paid like $169 for it, I see now its selling for $400. That is a bit insane.
But it should last me probably the rest of my life so was totally worth it for price I paid.
I believe there are you tube videos showing how to make an emitter DIY

Pulled out my bell pepper plant I've been trying to save up under my house all winter.
We'll see what she does in 2 to 3 weeks.
She's a reveg so looks a bit harsh atm.
Got peppers all over it though.

I'm looking at o2 emitters on Amazon and the product description says "NOTE: Emitters will not work in Reverse Osmosis water or Distilled water. Nutrient would need to be added first". I would buy one of these if the benefit is there, though I'm not sure about that disclaimer.

Not exactly a disclaimer, just a fact that they need to mention.
All you need to do is add literally anything to the water.
In my case a always add Yucca Extract every single time.
Plus I am using filtered tap water now.
Covid shut off my RO supply, but the filtered tap is good, no Chloramine, the ppm is like 80.

I personally like the idea of adding dissolved oxygen to my soil every day.
I water every day and my plants never droop.

Never did a side by side comparison on oxygenating vs not.

Still blazing along.
Week 5 today, should have 4 weeks left.
Calyxes are popping out like pop corn about everyday, can't wait to see if these really fatten up the final two weeks.
Cream & Cheese CBD looks like its possibly going to turn red.
I am not going to change a thing for at least two weeks, then I'll lower humidity to about 40% then 35% final week.
Mostly microdosing everyday.
Little pinch of Silica, little Buildabloom, coconut water.
Everything staying the same, I just start oxygenating my water at 9am, then water between 1-2pm.
I leave two 16oz cups full of oxygenated water for the 7 gallon pot that I give it at 7-8pm before lights out so its not totally bone dry before next watering.
Definitely needs watering twice a day now.
20 gallons are fine once a day.

Im quite shure there would be obvious results come harvest.

That's so coincidental, I started taking Yucca extract myself about 3mos ago and love it, just got a new bottle. My grow is almost over but I'm going to buy an emitter for my next grow in the fall.

One thing I can definitely show that the dissolved oxygen does is it makes my roots huge bright white and healthy.
Healthier the roots healthier the plant.

I'm sold! Heck, I spend so much $ on other crap, this seems to be money well spent. Now I need to decide if I want to get a unit with one emitter or two. I typically fill my 5gl buckets with 3gl of water so they're manageable with the weight, so having a two emitter setup would be better than one. I think I just sold myself! Thinking I might buy this sooner than later to have for my outdoor plants this summer.

I got the 2020, the two emitter one.
I usually do the same, 5 gal bucket with 2-4 gal of water and i use one emitter.
The other emitter is still in its package never used for when the first emitter finally dies.
I wash the emitter off and dry it after every use to hopefully get a longer life from each one.
First one ive been using for 4 years now and seems to work as good as day one.

re: OG Kush & White Widow - Organic Living Soil - 614W LED

Day 19

The White Widow is growing very nicely.
It is only about 3" tall but about 10" in Dia with 5 nodes already.
Kush doing good but nodes far more spaced out.

Do you see how your stem has some stretch to it before the next set of fan leaves? How do you get that? Mines are like short . I want my stem like yours

That particular one. I assume you're talking about the bottom pic.
Was probably mostly genetics, the white widow next to it was super tight spacing.
Everything I did was actually to get tight spacing.
I had temps staying in the 70s 24/7
I used mostly blue spectrum the first several weeks of veg to keep them tight nodes and bushy.
Lighting was 24/0.
The OG Kush still powered on though.

Little bud porn.
6 weeks
Largest buds are 3 fingers wide should be 4 fingers in 2 weeks i am thinking.

Still microdosing daily.
One day a tiny dose of Silica, powdered rice hulls.
Next day a microdose of Coconut water.
Next day a microdose of Buildabloom and so on.

My water after filtered is about 75-80ppm
After adding microdose its around 90-100ppm
That includes Yucca Extract which is always added.
Basically I am just making carbonated Sweetwater.
Getting pretty much completely covered in trichomes as per custom with LOS.

One pic is my Sweetwater, its like a good Pale Ale, looks just like a nice beer, very bubbly and thick creamy foam on top.

Just right Nunya! That bottom pic. Is that size difference from left to right the pot size difference? 10 on left, 7 far right?
Nope just the opposite, its fairly hard to tell from a distance.
The far right is the Super Critical Bud which appears to be indica dominant and is just a shorter bushier plant.
The far left is the 7 gal.
The 7 gal pot is also sitting up several inches taller than the large pots.

The center and far right are 20 gal.
Both 20 gal pots the buds are at least twice as big.
The 7 gal has stacked up nicely a full 22" worth and has decent buds that are oily as hell.
But the buds are much smaller and not really dense.
The Super Critical Bud is big and rock hard, the center cream & cheese is also about 3 fingers wide and pretty dense, all 3 plants totally covered in trichomes.
Another difference is both larger pots have very intense aroma, strong smell.
The Super Critical Bud smells kinda like maybe grapefruit and Pineapple very fruity and sweet.
The center Cream & Cheese smells like cheese, but like a honey cheesecake.
The 7 gal barely has a smell.
I assume theres far more terpenes from the larger pots..
this of course is not definitive, it could be just a wildly different phenotype and may have been about the same even in the larger pot.
but I really don't think so.

This first pic is about the largest bud on the 7 gal, its a small double bud (polyploid). Barely two fingers wide.

20210426_123516.jpg

This is the smallest bud on the far right Super Critical Bud.
20210426_123621.jpg

This is one of the 4 larger buds, all about this size or bigger. This one is at least 3 fingers wide maybe little more.
20210426_123243.jpg

Here's the far left, looks like Christmas trees there are 12 buds.
Next to a few of the center buds which are more like pineapples.
