Notes: 48 hours until flip to 12/12. These plants are very ready with alternating nodes and pre-flower pistils peaking out everywhere. Odor is becoming noticeable inside the cabinet. At this time odor strength is @ 4/10 and easy to manage with a basic fan and carbon filter.

I'm going to see if I can locally source some new 4000K bulbs for flower. I've put my existing ones through quite a few grows already.

Notes: We made it! It's time to flip to a 12/12 light schedule and begin the transition from vegetative growth to flower growth.

I typically consider the first 10 days of 12/12 as transition days. That is, the plant is for a time existing in both veg and flower stage while it's hormones (?) are modulated to support flower growth. Anticipating this I will provide nutrients that support both stages of growth during transition and then slowly ween the plants off of the veg nutes.

By the way, we've nearly achieved the 18in/45cm height goal. The tallest points on the plants are side branches which is interesting. The LST has worked nicely. I may have to do one more leveling of the canopy after transition. We'll see.

Stretch has been easy to control. I have done nothing thus far. The plants are sturdy and quite bushy.

Notes: Just a quick watering. I nearly forgot to log it.
 
I feel obligated to upload a couple pictures today. In these you will see the flowers are stacking and beginning to fatten up just a bit. We still have a ways to go but things are looking fine.

The plants are using up their food and energy stores in the larger fan leaves. They are now fading to yellow and falling off. This is to be expected at this stage of the plants life. The smaller underbrush leaves that receive little light are rapidly dropping as well. I pull the necrotic junk out every three days or so.

This is a before maintenance photo shoot.

Notes: The plants went about 48 hours longer than they should have between watering. The large fan leaves took a beating. The sugar leaves and flowers appear unaffected. Coupled with the natural fade from age the plants look a little tattered today.
