Morning Professor. I haven't had a beer with a friend in well over a year now. Kind of depressing as it used to be a weekly meeting of the minds. lol Me and the missis are single handedly keeping the NSLC afloat during this lock down. Should be able to retire when the empties go back. Although while it passes the time nicely, I'm not too sure it's a good thing. Nice crisp shots from your camera. What made it fog up yesterday? Garden is looking great, as always, your microbes are killing it.:ganjamon:
Hang tight Bluenoser! Better days are coming!

Each and every one of us has our own way to grow. What works well for one may be a disaster for another. Unless we keep trying out new technics then we will never know what works well and what doesn't. It would be damn boring on this forum if every one was growing exactly the same. Repeat, I am not a robot. And speaking of a war zone, my buds all took a crash last night. Must have gone down like dominoes. Once the work day is out of the way I will start to tie them up. Need a quick shipment of some yo-yo's. Alas some string and rubber coated wire will have to do. :ganjamon:

Making the soil for BIg Cheese today from weedseeedsexpress :)

I agree ,

what happened @bluenoserjoe ?
Just one of those pesky first world problems. Buds grew to heavy for the stalks and I had no support in place Although very untidy looking , at least now they are all back ,somewhat , in under the lights. About two weeks to go, but the most important two weeks for bud growth. My bad but I think all will be well in the end. :lot-o-toke:

ahhh happy days , its not a bad complaint then , :goodjob:
i am making a soil today , gonna try another new one lol , i do not think any of my plants have ever been in the same soil mix , well soil-less as its peat and coco based
I got some really good compost from the north of ireland organic certified , i used it a while back when i was just starting and could never find it again then i tracked it down , this stuff is amazing, its that good i use it for microbe solutions ,
ill add the new soil up once the rain has calmed down, i will be drenching this soil for 4 weeks with my microbe teas so my plants will have plenty of nutes available
be using a ten gallon fabric pot with an air pot bottom

This should be fun starting a seed off in this big pot  i decided its that big i added fresh plant cuts ,comfrey , nettle sprouting alfalfa some old, fruit, veg ,cereal ,etc . i added my dry amendments , mag salts, coffee grounds, seaweed , potash and some other bits and bobs laying around , basically all the ends of boxes i had i dumped all in , no measuring , just threw what i had in there :meatballs:

this will be for a big cheese from weedseedsexpress i think its 70/80 day auto so if i take pics every three or even two weeks ill fire a mini journal together and a review as its the first i was able to order from a sponsor , would have done a better job but lost a bit of interest here ( these are normally the best lol ) so lucky for journals :ganjamon: or id never remember

sorry no recipe threw together this one :hmmmm: equal parts , peat, worm compost , horse manure compost , chicken manure compost , the rest of inputs was not measured, some grinned crab for chitin and some larger crab for draining
