Nutty....I'm still lost, but some of what your showing is actually sticking. I've also been following the jadam stuff you posted, that one finally stuck.
I'll be playing around this summer making some of my own pesto :cheesygrinsmiley:

Mate diversity of the microbes is key , then keeping them going and alive is the next big key , the microbes i collected and cultured i added to my compost bin , now i own these microbes for any time i need them :)
My next plan is to prepare pots 2 months in advance , i will inoculate the pots with new microbes at least 4 times before planting my seed , and cover crop the pots with sprouting alfalfa

so after their biggest feeding they look good :)

I know i said i was staying away from sugar but BUT BUT i have an excuse , i do not like waste , any hows , i had some scallops i forgot about , where in a bag in my caravan over night in the fridge but the fridge was off i forgot i turned it off the other day to clean it , i also cleaned out the top cupboards and found some brown sugar , just a bit in a bag from last year , any ways long story short , i weighed the scallops and i weighed the sugar and the sugar and scallops both weighed 340 ish grams lol another sign o_Oo_O :rofl: well the sugar was 343 but how close , when fermenting with sugar its a 50/ 50 mix organic matter / sugar , how freaky was that:nervous-guy:" i am the chosen one " lol , ill be using this lightly , Its only to use in a tea or two for a little boost for the plant microbes , , diversity of a menu also is good i will only use on one of the plants
