Nutty & His Antics

Was told to check my neck every two weeks for a month :) its is bigger but might be me doing it
every ph pen i have is reading wrong due to throwing at my arse to take care of other things, still haven't got my soil made for Harleys 6, the coco got fed at a guess ph
The enlarging could just be due to irritation hopefully. Ive got a few lumps/bumps at a few spots that come and go, I've noticed it becomes painful and gets a bit bigger if I irritate it. But yeah its hard not to poke at it!

I need to invest in a good ph pen as well, I keep buying those cheap ones and I'm a clumsy guy always dropping things

i have 5 some more expensive , the shit ones for dick heads that take but say borrow them and dont bring them back lol  but its calibrating , i use distilled water for now to set them , i see a little cal def on the top of one of my fat petes ,just slightly so i give it a better feeding today , mix of a few things see if i can get her going again

Hey @NuttyProfessor I noticed you use some of the NPK industries products. I use some of their products too. Really like the videos that they do, just in plants in general - have you seen any of them?

I do find the Yucca doesn't mix particularly well so i gotta shake it up first in a little container or i get orange bits just floating around. How do you find them?

use the yucca first , it does break up , but watch it with molasses and stuff as it froths too much :) i use it in large water bins , or once are twice in teas , the teas mix into a mug of water and pour in, i mixed mine in that last time straight into the tea , use a big wooden spoon to break it up,
i us the npk products as back up , i only use these four
the kelp is very good for cell division and micro elements
the (k) is very good when the plant develops a hidden hunger
the cal mag is excellent always add calmag first also
The yucca is amazing too thins the water so the whole medium gets feed

Today my ladies look nice , little slow making buds tight , high humidity i think and the coolness , sorted now but a tad late
got some cal def on a fat pete so defo humid problem tried getting a pic
the white widow looks better
the organic coco is doing good too

What a jungle my friend looks amazing. :thumb: :adore:

For sure. I don’t actually use the Yucca in my system, only really for hand feeding and foliar. I added it once came back an hour later and I had froth popping up out of the net pots and bucket

Did you know that 2 parts kelp to 5 parts humic/Fulvic acid makes both 50% more effective? Watched an interesting video of theirs on it. A good application with Kelp and Fulvic is as a foliar spray. As you mentioned with cell division, it will break apical dominance, and encourage lateral branching. It’s also good to give before periods of stress (defoliation, transplant, transition)

Absolutely, It’s good for bringing out citrus flavonoids in strains that have it too, as it’s Potassium Sulphate.

Highly recommend their videos, especially if you have a general interest in botany. Their aim it to produce plants with the highest brix levels (sugar content). I geek out to them every now and then  One of their guys makes really short snippet videos, but he’s also done some longer ones too that are really informative. I’d post links but I don’t think I’m allowed :peace:

I hope your doing ok though my friend

Harely smith , we have emailed each other in the past lol honestly :nerd-with-glasses:
Yes!! That's the guy! What a legend he is. I love how enthusiastic he is in his videos. And he explains things so well. I learnt a lot about plants in general from him :thumb:

No worries brother. Admin doesn't need to do anything. Its fine.

I have used Vitamin C to drop pH before. I never thought about using it to break down the bad stuff.

I am aware of the Vitamin C filter to rid it of the bad stuff. I never used it. I use a fish tank water conditioner to get the chloramines broke down.

I wonder the validity of the whole chloramine killing microbes. I regularly cook my own french bread.

...great stuff.

To cook a loaf successfully, I need to proof my yeast. Pour 2 cups tap water (110°f) and add sugar and yeast. If chloramines sterilized everything, wouldn't I have trouble getting my yeast and sugar to foam up? ...just a thought.

*the fish tank water conditioner says to only use on "ornamental fish". Why? They don't want us ingesting what they use in the bottle. I wonder if it can travel over through the bud I am watering it with at times.
Omg they look great!

the rest looks sweet bar one that wont fill , i might hit it harder with some ( k)
