i do most stuff in my poly tunnel but its too cold lolI used our blender to make catfish bait once. She threw it out all I did was blend fish. Totally eatable. Good on brother.

anything you ferment is normally equal amount , you can use fish too and guess what it doesn't smell like fish lol
but , you use jaggery not molasses , that gives you amino FAA
you pay dear from shops for the same stuff or worse stuff
i want to ferment comfrey leaves in the summer and alfalfa

We use fish in a compost barrel in the back. Fishes guts anyway. Get them from the fish quay for free . We collect rain water from the gutter, hoy in some horse poop. blended fish guts and all our vegetable peals. We use it every year to refresh our planters. Never bought any commercial available fertiliser.. But we've never done a table top brew for the indoor plants.
We eat veg everyday. Sprouts broccoli, you name it. And we use the green water that's left from boiling and steaming to feed the girls. The water we use is mineral water from the coop and we PH it down with apple cider vinegar ..
Never had any issues apart from slowish growth sometimes. So your idea of coffee jar organics is appealing

Do you want the key ingredient , if you can get leaf mold let that sit in it for a day or two , the microbes will feed on the starch , the Jadam ways
