You may not be correctly detecting the amount of nitrogen in your soil due to improper pH range, I would repeat the soil nitrogen test with pH 6.5 distilled or Reverse Osmosis water.
I will work on getting the ph down. I'm in Mehxico and can't find shit that i need not even ph test kits anywhere. I had to order online and now i'm out of the ph soil test pills.
They appear to be making a recovery, I have them out on the deck lounging in the sun.
You can also use vinegar or lemon juice to lower your pH. When you get either a liquid pH test kit or a pH meter You can measure the pH of the first runoff when you water your plant with pH 6.5 water to see how far off from perfect your soil pH is. You can also flush your soil with pH 6.5 water to re balance the soil pH back to perfect.
