I still find it incredible that counties can get away with not conforming to california law. our supreme court wouldn't hear them, and the supreme court won't either. To agree with them would really open a big can of worms. So now we are back to square one.
I think they will drag it out as long as they can. I wouldn't expect these counties will welcome cannabis clubs if they bust head shops.Thats where the people of these counties need to stand up. There certainly has to be enough cannabis users in these communities that are old enough to vote. Getting out there and voting is a big step. Get rid of these yahoo holier-than-thoughs by showing that we don't want someone in office that will not uphold the law. our state law.
