No feed/water today, might give the cookies a little in a couple hours. The AK was at 90 degrees after lights on. Lights have been on about 90 min and the buds have already started reorienting. I did not have to play with it today, it was already in it's spot. Hope I did not overdo it, we will see in a few days.

Probably friday I will do some potting, I am thinking the RD really needs to go to at least a 2 gallon, and the CC a 4/5 gallon (prob fabric as I don't want to repot it a 3rd time). I think the RD is more pressing at the moment.
 
All of my supercrops resulted in more buds! I'm sure yours will thank you for the even canopy.

Shed, I am curious, what was your flower time for your auto ak vs photo ak?

Only number I have on my seed pack says this one was a 52 day auto(it's not auto). I guess since mine is indica looking we will guess it at 65 days?

Now that I think about it, since this was a freebie, it was marked AK47 auto. I should also probably not just assume it's even an ak.

another cogitation....this is the first plant i've grown that I have been able to hit it full throttle with the lights, and these lights are low, should I consider adding more?
 
I never measure my auto flower days so I would need to go back to see when they showed pistils and subtract if you want an exact number. I'm pretty sure they were close though. Just off the top of my head, my AK autos probably showed pistils around day 36 and my average harvest time was in the mid 90s. My AK photo was 65 days from flip.
 
I went ahead and mixed up 500ml cistern water, 3ml Big Bloom, splash seaplex, .5ml pro-tekt, 1ml botanicare tea, 1ml botanicare karma. 440ppm pH'ed to 6.5.

Gave some to the coloradocookies, maybe 100ml, the AK got the rest.

Subbed, she looks super healthy! I've been thinking about adding CO2 since I have a few spare bottles from homebrewing laying around but haven't been sure if it would be worth the cost. Can I ask how long one of those 5lb co2 tanks runs for you since I'm in a similar 3x3?

Kaiser, Welcome! My cousin brews some excellent stuff! I mooch off him. So far I am on my first 5# tank. I think I have maybe 300# left in the fill. Maybe think 2 or 3 5# tanks during a bloom cycle, depending on your level, controller, etc. I only run co2 when I cut vent off, I don't try to balance a constant co2 to a vac in such a small space. Some days mine cycles 3 or 4 times a day, since it's in a closet off our master, co2 is high in there in the mornings. Reading back in the journal, you will find that I have monitored levels closely both outside the closet and in the next room.

If you have the tanks, your a controller away. Look for a controller that can turn a fan on at a temp of x and turn co2 on and off when lights are on with a range sensor.

Shed-we will eyeball 65 days.
 
It’s photoperiod from HSO. I’m not exactly sure when the blue dreams will be finished but I’m guessing germinating in ~5 weeks. You think we can get them going pretty close together?
 
For those of you following, Goo and I are thinking of doing a joint journal growing HSO 707 Headband.

Mine is a fem photo as well, in the wood block, bought last year. I can prob drop my next seed about that time, how long are you planning on vegging for? Soil? How many seeds will you drop? I like to at least have a plant in a 5 gallon. You going to try to clone it?
 
Don’t really have the space for cloning. Maybe one day. Lol. I’m just gonna grow 1 of those hopefully in docs kit if I have it ready by then. I should. Probably a 10 gallon pot. It will be hard for me to keep her short but I’m gonna use the quadline method of training I’ve used on my current girls. Works really well for my space.

OK, well, I can wait at least 5 weeks plus to crack and we can sync our schedules then. I would like to do a 2 month veg if possible-I think this is a pretty slow growing plant-last grow I saw it went 120 days (big ass plant)-I would veg mine outside the tent for that long, I have an 8' tent and it can go to town. I might look at running a led on top of my cob to match your wattage.
 
Should be fun even if our schedules get off track along the way. Lol. You’ll end up with a monster that I don’t have the ability to grow. Lol. I’ll have 2 other strains starting at the same time so I’ll have to consider what they are doing as well. Barneys Farm G13 Haze and Peyote Critical.

Yeah, I have three other photos going and an auto that will probably go to flower when the AK is done. In 8 weeks or so the AK will be done and I will flip the colorado cookies auto and the WW mutant weirdo that I am not cloning. I plan to veg the Green Crack and the Raspberry Diesel longer and attempt to clone, so I can get the 707 in the tent before them hopefully.

Grow stuff today-
1)giving the AK a mix of 1 liter with 1ml of Ca/Mg, seaplex, tea, 6ml Big Bloom and some Buddha Bloom ~2ml, should be around 8-900 ppm

2)I found a 3 gallon smartpot as a temp for the Rasp Diesel. I am going to the grow shop today to look for a plastic 3/4 gallon as a temp pot instead of using a smartpot. I also have a square fabric 4 gallon that the Colorado Cookies will go in this weekend. My soil mix has been cooking for about 5 weeks now.

3)Might lower my veg light this weekend.

4)go by the grow store and pick up a 10# cylinder of co2. Also look at plastic fabric pots. Right now I have used my 5# tank for since about the 26th of July, I started with 800# and have a little over 250# left, so 5# goes a month or so. probably need a total of 15 bucks at my cost of co2 for a 70 days of CO2, maybe 12-13# over the life of flower at my use rate.

I took the shades off the lights, they cut around 8% of the light down but get better penetration. Lowering the lights a couple inches to around 10 or so off the top of the canopy.

Gave the AK it's nutes 1l of the mild stuff I mixed last night, but upped it to 750ppm via Buddha Bloom Organic crap. Took this photo right after feeding, then rotated plant 90 degrees. pH'ed to 6.5

Note on Bluepen pH meter: I just recalibrated it again, it seems to float up .1 after a couple days post calibration, then sit there for a week. This is a good thing, as the previous two el cheapo pens I had would error on the acidic side (very bad thing) a lot more than a tenth. One of the pens would only hold a calibration for about 5 minutes. This one throws a very predictable type II error (for you stat geeks). I am happy with it-better range/accuracy than the drops with all colored nutes.

Yep, it's a small pot for now, the RD was pouting for dryness, then pouting for being too wet, so it needs a little room to grow. It's a super slow grower at a month now, and was a couple weeks from being rootbound. 4 gallon square fabric will be it's next pot.

The green crack is huge for it's age. It will get a 5 smartpot next.

The colorado cookies will go into a 4 gallon square next.
 
Nothing much going on today, I gave the AK 500ml with 500ppm Buddha Bloom and .5 ml seaplex.

Tomorrow:
1)re-arrange veg area.
2)water veg plants
3)re-pot Colorado Cookies into a 4g
4)1.5L with about 250ppm BB and tea going to the AK.
5)spend day off smoking and working in the yard.
 
Got Pearl Jam Backspacer on the headphones, 1st time i've given it a listen through. Wife got home earlier, excited she has a few days away from work, took a couple drags w me and went horizontal 10 minutes after. lol.
 
Quick update on veg before lights on for the ak.

Repotted the AutoColoradoCookies, could not find my square pots so I used a smartpot #3, we can go larger later in a couple weeks if needed. Here are it's roots...

I have a touch of yellow on the lower leaves of the CC and RD, I hope this is due to the weak ass seed starter I use and that getting them to my soil mix with some Ca/Mg will address that.

The WW is at nearly 50 days, it's taking it's dear sweet time. Removed some of the lower weird growth about a week ago, going to try to top it over the weekend, that might help (or not). It's probably going to go into the bloom tent in the next 2 weeks...I need to make some space and it's really not looking like a producer.
