No Flowering At All? Help!

These fuckers appeared on my plant. They are multiplying.
What are they?
How can I take them out naturally? (Don't want to spray toxic liquids on my plant)

Also, by the looks of my plant, does it look good? Health etc.

Looks good, good green colour, good node spacing, as some one else said the grey just looks like something has taken a little nibble out of it, just check the plant and underside of leaves for bugs, otherwise she looks good

Neem oil sprayed once a week will help to deter bugs.

Those are big fat calyx. Female parts. Nothing to worry about.

They look like ladybugs = beneficial. I'd leave them alone. They are eating the bad bugs.

Hello everyone! A little update as usual.
I started growing another plant, and for some unknown reason its leaves started to curl, shrink and even look rotted. I uploaded some pictures for you guys to see:

Moreover, can I already declare it's a female/male?

Perhaps I need to transplant it?
