That twisting looks more like a pH problem than anything else. (Though bugs can cause it sometimes, I don't see any evidence of them on your plant) Garbage does occasionally appear in bags of soil, it gets mixed in with the compost, not a big deal - just pull it out.
Thanks yeah I have been having some Maggie issue with ph. I ph up I check slurry it reads 4.3 I check run off it checks as 4.3 I have done a Maggie flush when I noticed and seems like it’s coming up just to check again in a day and it is back to 4.3.Thinking this is what happens to me can you take a peek at my post , ffof ffhf mix and advanced did it.
