Hey Nate, I let them go until I do my pre flower prune so they are pretty established. I take the lower branches that are really tough almost woody then I cut that after the 3rd node from the top. Then i take the leaves off except the top plus 1 leaf right below the growth top. I then trim down that one leaf. Now this time i got some regular coffee golds that ill need to sex so i will take clone a little earlier so I know which ones are female. On those ill wait until the branch has at least 3 nodes maybe 4. Someone else may have other/better advice but thats what worked for me.
 
Morning Gang, I got the day off so I thought I'd get in the grow room and get some pics before lights on. I almost made it. Everything is progressing nicely. I flipped one of the Lani's, I just had to get something in the vacant spot in tent 1. Tent 2 is still a veg tent and will be for a few weeks. I flipped the Lani a little before I wanted to but I got another one and gotta keep the show moving.

Those sativa testers look like they're gonna be fire too. Love those perfectly shaped buds.

Your Lani is sexy as hell. My little one is 4 days in the jar now. I won't touch it for another 2 weeks, but it was easily the most exciting for me leading up to harvest as the smells were SO crazy.

Anyway, they all look great. You should be proud. Seems I always have some fugly plants in my grow, but yours all look solid.

Thanks Gov! I don't have too many complaints right now. I hope one of those testers is a keeper, I'd like to have a true 1:1 thc/cbd strain. I want to give Malawi another go, that is my least impressive plant. I had a couple issues in veg with her and she was small when I flipped her. Her leaves are almost army green (olive green I guess) and after every brix feeding her leaves go to shit. It is in week 9 right now and I just did a brix on Tuesday and then hit with another CAT at 10 ML on Wed. I plan on a couple more growth drenches then chop. I will do better on the next one.

Hey Stoney, yeah I've been slacking. I'll do an update this weekend for sure. I did a mini one in my other journal, it should of been here. I harvested the Malawi and 1 of the testers. The Malawi.....check the other journal for that review, it was quite a ride. Tester 2 is down and drying. The wife usually wakes up with migraines and nausea, she's been using blueberry for the headaches and it works but I'm about out. She grabbed a couple little buds this morning of the tester and tried it. She's bouncing around here like a spring chicken now. Looks like it's a keeper. The other tester (which is massive) will come down next week then to the lab. Thanks for checkin in.
