Cool then you're good with the air movement, I haven't done much LST and only pretty late, but I think you can start after the second set of true leaves.
Thanks Purple, Ill definitely try it.

Nice man I'm pulling a chair up
How close your light to to girls ?
Also the first set of true leafs is turning yellow, beside the fake leafs being completely yellow. This is all on the bushy plant Ivy..Julie seems normal.... Could the light make a hole on the plants leaf? Help please
Yeah, I made that mistake too, feeding my girls with the nutes stated in the chart with every watering and it was supposed to be once a week...
The pH and temps you have should not do any damage like that, or at all really.
Good thing you got it figured out, the nutes is probably why you got the stretch.
Looking forward to seeing them grow big and green
Well, 30cm is actually good distance for 400W without cool tube. I have the same 400W but with cooltube which helps alot for the heating issue i set it pretty close to my plants. The ventilation is also so important, in my very first grow, i had 250W light was close to plant but had big fan blowing directly to my plant. One day ı have seen my partner closed the fan wh'ch caused top of the nug burn. So a big fan might be helpful. But in the pictures top of ur plant looks perfectly healthy. For me you dont have any big issue. She is still a small plant so you shouldn't go hard with nutes. and only water when she needed. Lifting methot works very well. Give her some time.. I know you/we are can't wait for our plants to reach their harvest day. Sometimes we should forget them and let them grow ı only spend 1-2 mins a day to my plants and they are really doing fine..I have never grow an auto but ıdk. Hope other growers will help about yellowing leafs.. Will be watching. Cheers
