Newty’s Perpetual Pantry Party & Outdoor Grow Show

Excuse me for using your journal as a foghorn ms.Newty but I just saw @flytier floating round in the passages of 420 here somewhere....

Merry Xmas mr.Flytier and blessings for the new year that's rolling in, how's the hatchery business going...?? This is nail biting stuff....... new journal perchance......lol

now I'm having to hunt dwn a strain tht will work for me.

Take a look at a strain called Voodoo Rodeo from Third Eye Genetics. It is a 2:1 THC/CBD ratio but both are quite high. If memory serves me the THC is up around 16-18% with the CBD at around 8-9% I grew a Voodoo Rodeo plant and let it run till I had about 25% amber crystals. I take 4 hits and can't keep my eyes open at bedtime.

Third Eye also has a strain that is a 1:1 THC/CBD ration called Shaman which might be the miracle you're after. The THC and CBD are both 14% - 16% Maybe one of those would work for you.

There she is lol. I was jus talkn about u hahaha hope u had a great holiday and that ur new year goes good. Hows the garden been doing. I forgot to mention I also will be making some oil from the devil's carnival I got going in my dwc bucket right now. Man the terps on this strain are great I love it I'm sooo glad I got some seeds being made as we speak lol definitely didnt wana lose this strain. It's like green gold only frosty haha

I’m glad you’re having success with it Jones. It’s high in b-caryophellene, which makes it a valuable tool for treating inflammatory pain. Turn a bit of that oil into a cream too. Sometimes it feels good to rub a cream into the painful area. It stimulates other pain-relieving chemical dumps in your cells. The b-caryophyllene helps oils and creams absorb into the skin better.

I always try to get something purple into my pain oils. Purple suggests higher levels of b-caryophyllene. Oh! I just learned that b-caryophyllene is found in quantity in the capitate-sessile trichomes, which cover the plant - stem, branches, leaves, all of the plant. We think we only want the capitate-stalked trichomes that coat our flowers. Turns out the roots may be high in CBD and the leaves are higher in valuable terpenes.

Cannabis is a food.

All this without saying "Good morning" to the lovely hostess. May your New Year be filled with loving, laughing, and blissful canna adventures @newty.

I'll leave this here....DDA cob. Absolutely yummy!

So those strains might be more ideal for my oil too ? Good reading learning here today things I see things different . So this has helped me see if a lot better now about dosing . Thanks guys for sharing .

Your leaves didn't turn purple because you grew a green pheno no? She's only been in there for three days and so far she seems to have learned religion as she has started praying like crazy.

This DDA sprouted on 11/1/2018 and if grown for 100 days like many do she will be ready to harvest on February 9, 2019 I most likely will not flower her that long, but the possibility is there that I will. I do find it a difficult plant to read the trichromes for "done-ness".
Yes mine looks quite a bit different. Her buds turned pink a couple weeks ago but I had 2 other plants in that tent turn purps which leads me to believe it’s the cold nights that got her all pretty in pink:D She was day 85 when I chopped her;) all cloudy
I'll leave this here....DDA cob. Absolutely yummy!
Well that might have to be a future experiment Sue! I know y’all have much practice with cobs so any links you have ready, I’d gladly take a look. Thanks so much for popping in and providing so much great info:)

Sorry they had to drag me through the door to get me here newty. We have a thread dedicated to the wonders of cobbing. The link takes you to the thread beginnings, where all the basics are laid out. The entire thread is an exciting read, albeit a long one, given its popularity. We don’t mind if you jump to current and ask questions.

Cobbing turned out to be much more fun and the results more potent than any of us really expected, I think. Lol!

Tangwena’s Malawi-style Cob Cure - Fermented Cannabis

JustMeds designed a Cob-a-tron, for sweating and fermenting the cob.

I recently had the pleasure to visit DrDoob, and while there took photos of his cob-making technique. Somewhere in the thread is a link to Stage's video, but for the life of me I can't find it. He did, however, leave an excellent tutorial.

Anticipate temptation beyond resistance. Lol!
