Newty’s Perpetual Pantry Party & Outdoor Grow Show

Thanks fellas!! I was pleasantly surprised this morning:D

Hawaiian drama is LIT on insta!! :D

This is the 3rd mix up from pua mana that I know of (2 friends). I’m pretty sure they are shady but who knows for sure so I’ll just know what I know and stay away from the Hawaiian genetics for now!

It’s like we’re sharing a brain! I use a potato masher to stir it up and I used to use a hand blender but they kept burning out :D
Thanks for the positivity sis! I have a cool update coming this week, including you and the beautiful gift I received in the mail yesterday. Your such a wonderful woman! Keep fighting the good fight. Stupid fragile clones and seedlings:battingeyelashes::kiss:

* I tried using fresh leaves and stems in my MB2 and I almost burned out the motor cause they got stuck. It was an experiment and I wanted to save time with leaves, I mean do they really have to be decarbed??? The answer for the MB2 is yes, cause they wrap around the blender part, so that must have happened to you too. So now, all my leaves have to get dried out even though it's the THCA I'm hoping to capture. So good call on the potato masher, do you have a smaller roasting pan maybe? A casserole dish??? Anyways I'm sure you'll work it out. Plus I'm sure you'll get an MB2 sooner than soon. I think I may have a smaller roaster, I should look for it, cause I don't roast stuff anymore.

* Looking forward to your update just cause you're soooo much fun and fabulous...:hugs: The good fight smokes on...:passitleft:

awww that’s about the sweetest thing I’ve heard!! Yes I’d be honoured Blaze, what a great name for a strain:D I will likely do a video on the 9 strain oil as I want to make an updated fresh harvest infusion tutorial. I will save all the larf and trim in the freezer for the next 2 months of harvests, then I’ll power it out;)
yes all synthetic except now the molasses:) I’m still experimenting but from my understanding molasses is a cheap easy version of bud candy. It won’t hurt your grow to try it in the last few weeks of flowering. I’m using a 1/2 tsp per gallon for the whole crew and I’ll up the dose when I do a 3 day flush at the end for all. If your going to try it, get the blackstrap molasses and not the fancy;) also add it after you add your nutrients but before you PH

Ok newty so I made tht oil with the fresh harvest buds an I decarbed for 70 min at 250 degrees f. But the oil isnt as powerful as I thought it would be. So I decided to make some cco an add it 2 the oil I made for capsules. An then ill turn it into some oil to make some bio - bombs.

Now as 2 the molasses all I could find at the store since we didnt have any at home was this stuff. Its grandmas organic non gmo unsulphered molasses not black strap molasses. So I was just wondering if this stuff I got will work or not b4 I go to use it lol. Also can u use this in veg as well or is it jus for the ending of flower shortly b4 harvest?

That probably wasn't long enough for wet buds. They have to use the heat to dry first before they begin the decarb because evaporation is a cooling process. They may not have even hit 250º at all if they were just harvested.

Well some of the buds had sat out over night a few hours but I did notice tht they were slightly damp still when I opend the turkey bag.

On a side note I have a question for every1 or any1 lol. But I have a family member tht is needing cbd help an I was lookn to grow a straight cbd strain with no thc so they wudnt fail a urine test for her doctor. If any1 cud help me figure this out for finding a strain that I cud use or does all plants have to a degree some thc even if its jus small amounts in them? Just wondering what strains they use to get pure cbd oil or vape cartridges that u can buy at a gastation over here now lol.

Hi sis! I do have an MB2:) I only use dry herb in the machine because of what I’ve read about difficulties with FHO in the machine. That’s exactly why I burned out the motors on my hand mixers, it gets twisted up in there! I made some FHO yesterday but I dried it out in the oven first then used my machine to infuse, testing it now:cool:
Have a great day :hugs:
I got Maui Wowie and Kona Gold from Pua Mana and both packs had Hawaiian post mark.
Mine was post marked from Hawaii so I’m hoping it’s at least Hawaiian
Nice harvest Newty! :high-five:
Thanks girl! :p

Hi Blaze! I didn’t realize your weight was wet weight. I use about triple the wet weight compared to dry weight when infusing oils. Dry herb I use 2oz to 3 cups of oil. If I use fresh harvest weight, 2oz wet to 1 cup of oil. Yesterday I made fresh harvest bud oil and used 160g to 2 cups of oil as an example. I also used a turkey bag to decarb and it was damp when I opened it (after it cooled). I got some pretty potent oil and only decarbed for 1 hour at 250F. I think your problem is not enough herb to oil. You can double infuse a new batch with that same oil if you have more herb you can add and that would get it going for you I think.
I think that molasses will be fine because it’s unsulphored, they recommend blackstrap because of the additional minerals etc. Here is a quick read on the different types of molasses.

I don’t know about this:hmmmm: I do similar to Blaze for wet decarb, just with more bud and my thc gets activated just fine. I often zap my digital thermometer at the bag when I’m decarboxylating and it usually reads anywhere from 240-280F I’ll of course test this out in future
:thanks:

Shed is right to suggest hemp based cbd. I have a friend I got started on hemp based cbd for this exact reason. After doing a bunch of research on CBD, the main difference is that hemp based CBD is a weaker version of the real deal. It’s less potent so a patient would likely need to use more to treat what they are wanting to be treated and thus it gets expensive.
