*You never want to over grow your CBD as much as you can for your THC. So when there is amber up top, and the rest of the trich's in the lower region of the plant are resistant to touch, then I will harvest. Have you brushed by your plant and you smear some trich's on to your skin by accident? Most likely your trich's are fragile and in the early stages. Now as your trich's are exposed to light and air, they slightly harden which encapsulates the terpenes in the meds. The top of the plant gets harder faster because the stuff under the skirt doesn't get as much light, so it's slightly underdone. So you want to avoid early harvest, but ensure you chop before her trich's degrade.
