I found 4 plants tight in a 4x4, but 5 could be managed with training. If you can get a 5x5 it would be worth the space. I went with vivosun because on amazon canada they are usually 40-50$ less than their main competitor (although their competitor is a sponsor of this site and makes great tents).

Yea... if you can go for a 5x5 I would go for it. I grew 6 Autos in my 4x4 and it was tight and there was no way I could get to the back to take care of the 2 plants in the back.
Maybe look at an 8x16???? Become a masterBaker!

Love my Zazzy grabbed a 4 by 4 by 6 for 90 bucks. Maybe should gone 5 by 5 . Solidly built zips and well made . Has a lurker window etc

I’m definitely going with a 5x5 and looks like vivosun for the win! Only 130$ Canadian and has a window and a tool pouch! Lol
I’ll be setting that bad boy up in August. You can expect to see some real hydro up in Newty’s place. Thanks to @Derbybud for his ongoing and continued coaching, newty will have an auto watering system and a couple of reservoirs I will also have a couple of new lights that are en route and a whole new Grow room. I’m hoping this will be all set up in time for my Sativa grow off at the end of August with @SamSmith
I just have 7 more business days of Socialwork, then I can study your new notes Derbs!

It will take them a while to reveg and then they will become monster croppings. If you do take from a plant in flower, try not to take after about day 21 if you can help it. The longer you wait the more difficult to get them to reveg. I had a little blueberry clone I took at day 23 and it took FOREVER.
I have three Northern Lights clones I took the first week of flower and they are going through their funk of revegging. Not pretty but they stay nice and small for a while so I don't mind the funk stage.
I have a Vivosun 4x4 that I love. Was very reasonably priced and its over a year old now and not a single issue. Looks like its brand new. I also have a Vivosun 4x2 that is great. Highly recommend them based off the cost and quality.Ok let’s talk tents! I need a killer star room or new bloom room. I want big enough for 5 plants in bloom. I want it tall enough for sativas. So I’m thinking 6-8 ft tall and 4x4?? Would that be enough? I don’t care about fancy brands unless someone cool feels like sending me a free tent to try and review for them??
Anyhow, I’ll likely buy from amazon so any feedback on tents is welcome. I’d also love a window spy hole but it’s not necessary. I won’t be buying this for about a month so it’s time to shop around!
Having said that, I think most of them are very similar.
And now I see this. See, great minds think alike!

Another vote for VivoSun. I used my 3x3 for the second season this year and absolutely no problems with it.

They get Emerald Harvest 2 part series for bloom with all the fixings. King Kola, emerald goddess ect

She’s a muscular gal!! Another 30 days if I can and she will be my biggest plant to date! I keep a close eye on her as she is wanting to lock out at every turn! I have her at a respectable 800 ppm coming out and about 600 -800 going in. She gets full strength Emerald Harvest with all the fixings

Now we have GeeGee GG4 and Helmet head Brooklyn Sunrise
HH is day 10 and is growing at the slowest rate possible! Her true leaves look healthy.
She gets 1/4 strength EH grow 2 part series with no fixings just cal mag and mychorizae

GeeGee just got another defoliation yesterday and is full steam ahead. Like I said on IG, I want to see who makes the canopy and who becomes clones! She’s on half strength EH 2part series with all the fixings; sturdy stalk, emerald Goddess ect and some mychorizae.

I got a Vivosun 5x5x7ft I believe. From amazon. It’s been great. I thought it was very reasonably priced. Built well.
I asked for “gift wrap” shipping from amazon for some stealth which is actually why I chose vivosun in the first place because not all brands offered it, the mailman dropped off a large elongated box with VIVOSUN huge on one side lol, smaller print completely revealed the contents... other than that little anxiety attack it has been great haha

I knew there was something I liked about you.. lol! I remember making a post a couple years ago about how I really liked my Vivosun tents compared to the Apollo tent I purchased on my first grow. I basically gave my girlfriend my entire first grow setup and switched to Vivosun everything.

So should I be worried about 8 plants in my tub
No it's all dependent on how big you grow em, aka how long you veg them. Now Mr. Big has 25 plants in 1 gallons in his tent lol.
My wife was giving me agit about having a huge bag of weed in the freezer and 8 plants going. First of all I'm lucky she doesn't realize that's only one of many bags.... second I had to explain I'm making crosses and I'm not growing for yields. Which she replied by asking why do you need seeds lol. At that point I just gave up. I wasnt going to even try to explain how more plants equals shorter veg time. And I even explained that I'll be killing all but 1 Male. I love that's shes trying to understand more about it, but sometimes I can tell shes overwhelmed but it all.
We were all supposed to be taking a summer break... derb, newt, me, now... none of us are. #addictedtogrowing
