I have a hum... And I boiled water in put in in there... is it going to be bad if i dont keep it over 40 % rh

Actually,40% is just about right for flowering,plus or minus 5 points won't hurt anything,either.
Later on in flower,when the buds get dense,even a bit lower is beneficial to keep the uglies from
growing on the buds.
