Quick update plants didnt seem to like that new light they just dropped so had to revert back to my crappy LED light that was seem to be working way better im abit confused about it all tbh, any ideas what has caused this to happen?

Could just be too much light for veg period. They only need 300-500 ppfd in veg

thanks m8 ye it just seems to be on that 1 leaf at the moment ,but ive had seen a few gnats im trying to get rid of but yet to find any solution to them apart from the yellow sticker thing

Place a fan blowing across at soil level, gnats are poor flyers so the fan will prevent them from landing on the soil. No eggs means no gnats.

Plants look healthy. That little leaf wouldnt be a concern, it looks stress related and I do see a little tear that must of been from being moved or you hit it with something. Plants in veg are pretty hardy unless you overfeed and manage to cause lockout.

also i am doing some LST on it bending here and there. just potted another seed today CBD Crack Auto i love it found a hobby i truely love, the past month all i have done is read and watch vids on peoples techniques and trying to apply it to my own but limited space and hight so gota try keep it all low as possible.
