The light can be moved up and when lights are on u can unzip the tent and blow air in with a fan as well. What are the temps with lights on?

I'm pulling air in with the extractor fan shown on the wall of the first photo and I have a vents125 withdrawing air from the top. With this method I've managed to drop the temp from 31 to 29, the tent looks a bit like a balloon now lol.

I'd try to have your tent sucked in rather than ballooning as I say it will force odors out of your tent which may not be a problem now but once you start flower those babies will stink Try swapping the most powerful fan to the exit ducting should keep the temps the same but keep a nice odour free vacuum in your tent

100% Agree dooder! That's the best way to do it for a couple reasons. One, the smell. Two, better reduction of air temps. If your light is can be air cooled, like a cool tube, the temps won't become an issue unless the ambient temperatures are extreme.

That looks like you got it right! Let us know how your temps do. Now keep in mind, if the ambient temperature outside the tent is 100 degrees then (without an air conditioner) your temps inside the tent are sure to be a little warner than that still. So this won't fix extreme temperatures in your area but I fight against that by running my light cycle at night. This makes "light proofing" your grow space more challenging, and believe me it can be depending on your set up, but it makes the battle against the heat more manageable.

Good stuff! A correctly installed extraction system will make life so much easier down the track. Agreed elious your on the money. Happy growing and keep us updated...perhaps a journal?

Yeah, see right below my piston there is a "signature". Mine says a bunch if legal stuff. Well the green link on my signature is my current grow journal. Click on it and you will go right to it. To make your own journal, go to grow room, journals, journals in progress, and then start a new thread which would be YOUR journal. If you do make one, post it on this thread so we know and can follow it.
