Ok I am sure I seen a red bug jump from my plant it didnt fly it jumped I think was big enough to see. Soapy water spray or what?

Red and jumps could be spider mites. But could be any number of harmless bugs too.
Can you get a few ladybugs?

I often go 3 days without opening the cabinet once things are established. Less is more with these gals. Easy to say but difficult to follow. You'll get there

I only feed mine organics. I can't tell if yours need anything because you have no pictures.
