Hey guys I'm new to the pages 👌👋👋

Asking if there's any help I could get for heating without loosing humidity or vpd?
The place I'm at is currently getting to 0 and my grow is under the house with a small heart blowing to a vent but it's drying out the air!!!
Any quick temporary fixes would be very helpful and appreciated!!

Welcome to 420Magazine my friend.
Oil filled radiators are safe and economical to run.
They shouldn't effect the rh very much.
What are your current readings? Vpd, rh, temp?

:welcome: how low does the RH get when your temps are correct? Vpd isn't everything so I wouldn't beat myself up about it. Get your temps right and she'll most likely grow fine.

I have a couple on the go atm, I have "blacktooth" a Gourilla glue auto (just seedling)
And a random bag seed that's been through absolute hell but she's coming good ahah

Heat mats are good, but make sure they are on a Stat controller.
Otherwise they will overheat your pots.
Keep everyone off the cold floor.

And yeah I got myself 2 10" x 10" vivosun heat mats and thermostats 👌👌

We're getting hectic colds atm, probably for the next 3 months,
So I'm hoping I can beat this winter and by next winter, I'll have my area more insulated and 2-3 times the size 😎👉👉🤞🤞🤞

Yea definitely they look great 👍 a consistent environment is better then fluctuations chasing vpd. give them the best you can and they will figure it out. Once they get more foliage then RH will rise.

If my temps were super chill I would throw a hps or CMH and run it at night. Really bring them temps up. Can't believe it's that cold somewhere out there 🤣 I always thought the UK had crap weather 😬

I had it in my head that consistency was better at this point ahaha,

Question, I don't have a HSP or CMH light, I'm running only led, ( at this stage anyways)
But...... Iv had a thought, if I used a 100w ceramic heat immiter (reptile ceramic heater) on a thermostat, on its own dedicated stand.

Would that possibly work?


Because it's 0° on average and not often over 10° 👌👍💀🤦‍♂️🤣

Time schedule for your lights 18/6?


If so I would arrange the timer, so the lights are off at the warmest part of the day.

Maybe even bump them to 20/4

Ohhh that's definitely an idea too,!! Haven't thought of that timing, my schedule is 18/6 currently but willing to try,

Lights roughly 30cm atm, still figuring out some kinks 🤦‍♂️
