I suggest you do it a week before flip, but if you've already flipped then you have quite a job ahead of you in 21 days!

Ok then that is what it is I guess can't leave I veg longer she's massive
 
As TS mentioned, bigger than the light was designed for in flower I'm guessing.

However this ment to suffice 2 to 4 plants so of dosnt do this I don't think can do 2 .4 veg can't fault her
 
What model is it? They don't spec lights by number of plants, they spec them by width and length dimensions.
 
Veg Coverage - 2.5x2.5 ft
Flower Coverage - 2x2 ft
 
That plant only 2ft x 2ft? Looks bigger to me.
 
Then it's already outside their flowering size and it hasn't even stretched yet!
 
Question how do u keep so small but still get a nice yield like if 2ft by 2ft how small and how to keep tht small
 
normally you can flip the plant a bit earlier.
lots of folk will scrog or use another training method to maximize yield in a smaller space.

Scrog net spreads out your girl flat if you from her into the net.
Might take a bit longer in veg but would stay low.

She's doing well under the ts1000 so far wanting another I think though... but will see how things turn out might get shocked
 
Looking really good still looking into getting another led to put next to it tho as not sure this will flower her x
