It absolutely is. She started at about 16 days from the drop to the soil. Wow she really went into flower fast.
Thank you guys! I guess I did know about the method just wasn’t aware of the titled name of the procedure.
That very well could be a test on the next grow to see if there are benefits to up potting with the autos. I can do one up pot and one direct to the final pot. Not with cuttings but 2 different seeds from the same strain and not with the DDa.
I tried to condense the beginning a little. To me that part is a touch boring.
Stone you were one of the big reasons I went the DDa. I was unaware of them until I showed up here so I hope you can share some advice on my journey with these girls.
Oct. 27th and
Day 27 on the Chocolate Skunk and
Day 20 on the 2 DDa’.
Yesterday it was just a little tuck and bend for the LST girls.
But most importantly it was extremely clear that the
DDa is in the flower stage already. Wow she is a very young plant but she’s in flower and I only have but about 12 or 14 bud sites up so far for her flat top. Fingers crossed I can keep her healthy and get those tops up good and filled out.
The
Chocolate Skunk still has some yellowing issues on her leaves I’m going to give her, actually probably all some Cal-Mag+ today. I would sure like to get that yellow under control. Any
advice here from anyone would be appreciated. Even with her yellow she is structurally a good looking plant and coming along well with lots of bud sites showing up. Both plants are taking their training well and loving it.
The
Mutant is really taking off now! What a specimen of the DDa’ strain. In all honesty I would probably have been a little disappointed if I had not been given these two different phenos. One beauty and one…? I just hated loosing two DDa seeds in germination/seedling stage.
Now I can take this opportunity to a/b test and see what yields better, a topped LST DDa or one that’s allowed to grow naturally.
The MarsHydro SP3000 is still running at 75% and 19” from the tops. Temps are 69*-83* r/h 44-60.
Running one 6” fan full time and a 4” intake fresh air when the tent is closed up. The lights are on 18 and off 6 hours and I actually have them on during the day here in the winter and off from midnight to 6am. It helps keep that area of my house a bit warmer during that day.
