Beautiful plants, Nev!
:thanks:
I'm going to have to step up my game!
Please! Your already light years ahead and we’re struggling to stay in the game. Home team 1 Visitors 10:cheer:
And thank you for the advice on auto defoliation @Carcass !
This update made me chuckle. I still can't get over how many bud sites between them all! Chunky ladies!!!
Haha you said Chuckle at the Chunky ladies. :laughtwo:
Your BBs look great, Nev! Like the others, I love the flat canopy. However, none of them look like kale to me so I don't know which one you're having the issue with.
Thank you @HashGirl! :) I literally enjoy the hands on fiddling with the girls. If I wasn’t retired I wouldn’t have the time to put into the quadlining.

The plant with the issues is the 1st plant on the left in group photos. Her color is now a little lighter and her leaves are canoed bad. And thanks to @InTheShed it turns out that I’ve had my light to intense for her. It’s been raised and they all showing an improvement.
Stay Warm!!!
Pretty impressive you were able to quad an auto.
Thank you BZ! A past member here told me you can do most anything to an auto that you can to a photo. I watched his grow with the BBa and have tried to emulate his work. So far pretty good. But by no means to his level but I try.

Update
52 Days
with the Bruce Banner autos

Seems things in the tent have improved after I raised the light to 20” above the plants. They have all perked up nicely. Thank you @InTheShed.

Yesterday they all got a good watering. It was the 3rd day after a water and feed and they were in full droop mode in the morning.
I added some Epson salt to plants one and two as their color had faded a lot compared to the #3 plant.
like always they all get the mosquito bits and Cal-Mag+ every watering. My plants are not feed with each watering as I’m using the #Geoflora nutes and their feeding I’m doing every 12 days as a top feeding.

According to the #weedseedsexpress site these autos go a total of about 10-13 weeks to finish or 8-9 weeks of flower. I don’t really track the flower time so at 52 days above soil with a set of leaves my girls are about 7 and a half weeks into a 10-13 week grow.:cheesygrinsmiley: So far I’m still getting good stretch out of #3 that’s a couple days younger then the other two.

I realize I’ve still got a ways to go but I can feel the anticipation creeping in.

Weather still playing havoc here in the PNW it went from the sub freezing to a couple days of sun to now with the latest National Weather warning potential flooding for the rest of the rainy day.

Tomorrow being “Fat Tuesday” today I’m prepping my meal for our traditional family dinner. It’s pretty much the same every year here with a seafood gumbo and a chicken and andouille sausage jambalaya.
(my favorite) The son In-law brings the King Cake this year.

Thank you all for peeking in. It means the world to me.

Update for the BruceBanner Quadline autos on Day 55

First off I want to apologize for not keeping up and not making it to all your journals. I’m going to get going. It has been a little hectic here with my net being spotty our family themed dinner and having to purchase and set up a new iPhone. Well actually my daughter and SIL set it up but I’m still adjusting to it.
(RANT)
I already have an iPhone 6s but my carrier Sprint sold / merged to t-Mobile and they are going 5G and that makes my iPhone obsolete with t-Mobil. So now that I need a new iPhone I also need a new contract and t-Mobil can no longer offer my old program that I’m grandfathered in on so my monthly bill will now go up.
So what has taken place over this merge for me is I had to replace a perfectly good phone and pay a higher cost for the same coverage. not a good merge for me

#1 is doing much better after Shed got me to raise the light.
She is definitely a different pheno then the other two. Her leaves are very much fuller and fatter then the other two that seem to carry more of the sativa plant.
She isn’t as thirsty as the other two. She only takes in about 3/4 a gallon every 4-5 days with Cal-Mag+ and some Epson salts.
#2 & #3 are hitting the water very good right now. 3/4 gallon every 3 days with the Cal-Mag+, #2 is also getting the Epson salts. #3 is fine with out it.
#2 & #3 are stretching hard now and pulling up my skewers and clips holding her down. I can’t really go any wider so it’s up from here on out now.
#3 is a couple days younger then the other two but I can still see a big difference in their maturity between them though slight it’s very evident.

Just a couple pictures of the family.

I will share my menu of the day with you.

Gorilla Glue jarred July 2021
Chocolate Skunk jarred January 2022
Dark Devil jarred January 2022

Now I need to go replace the ducting on my inline. The hose tore right where it enters at a top vent.
That could be another rant as to why no lower vents in this tent?

All of my favorite things!!!

Hi Nev.

Your Bruce Banners look good. Sorry to hear about your phone troubles. I have issues with my iPhone 7 compatibility with my 2018 Macbook Air. It's so stupid that I have to use an adapter to connect my Apple phone to my Apple computer.

I will be replacing both with non-Apple products going forward.

Looking better all the time, Nev!
I haven’t washed my car in months
Nor have I..That's why I drive a white car- they can be filthy, but from 20 feet away, they look just fine.. :)

Your Bruce autos are looking great. I love all those bud sites - gonna be a good harvest for you, I'm sure!
I haven’t washed my car in months
We are not allowed to wash our own cars here, due to the drought, which is fine because I hate washing my car worse than just about any other outdoor core.

Bruce Banner autos at 60 days.

60 down 30 to go

The Weed Seed Express BBa girls are do well enough right now in their 3g fabrics filled with quality organic potting soil amended with extra perlite.

Today being day 60 from sprout with 2 full sets of leaves they will be receiving their 5th feeding of Geoflora nutrients. All the plants today get 1/3 cup of the Geoflora bloom a (3-5-5) dry formula top dressing that I apply every 12 days. Also as with every feeding 5ml Cal-Mag+ (1-0-0), mosquito bit infused water and this time again with the Epson salt 1tbl per gallon of water. #1 and #2 are both too light so very one gets it today.

The MarsHydro SP3000 is still about 22” above the canopy and the plants seem to like it right in there. If it’s good for them it’s good for me.

Now #1 is still a little miffed as in not 100% happy and she has definitely not followed in her sisters pheno types.
Bruce Banner auto is a 30% Indica / 50% Sativa / 20% Ruderalis. My number 1 has taken on strong traits towards the Indica side with much fuller, heavier and fatter leaves. Her colas are starting to fatten up more like the cola can pheno other then the longer thinner Sativa type cola tops.
Makes me think of the old adage “Must have been another rooster in the hen house” But I’m all good with that. We’ll see what she brings for flavor and high.

#2 & #3 are coming along just fine. I‘m having trouble holding the limbs down now so they are going upwards. They all are starting to get some little sparkle settling on the leaves. I’m hoping that that continues and mounts up like a late winter snow storm in the Rockies.

Photos from today after feeding and also a couple showing the two distinct phenos.

Everyone seems pretty happy so I do thank y‘all for taking a peek.
It makes one smile:)

All of my favorite things!!!
I got some more special things :)
:kisstwo:
I will be replacing both with non-Apple products going forward.
I seem to know a number of people who have done just that. Me, well I’m sticking with the apple. I’ve used it for so many years I really don’t care to learn anything new and my entire family uses apple so it makes it simple for me. And the last couple years it’s really mainly just used for texting.

And Shed you have always been so helpful :thanks:
Maybe my son will do it when he's home over spring break!
Well good luck. Hopefully it’s completed before he hits the edibles. :laughtwo:
That's why I drive a white car- they can be filthy, but from 20 feet away, they look just fine
You and me both. Love my little white (Dusty) Scion Xbox. :hippy:
:thanks: BeeZ

I hate washing my car worse than just about any other outdoor core.
I’m not the best at math and that’s why I stay away from the science around here.
But after studiously perusing and mulling over the latest comments it appears that a majority of the pot growers here drive dirty autos. Possibly even filthy. But I doubt that.

I owned a white GMC Envoy for years and that's one of things I loved about it.

Now, I drive a red Kia Soul that my husband takes to the carwash for me every week. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Struggling to stay focused here as the worlds turmoil continues to escalate and the greed and corruption continue to rule our besieged planet earth. Even submerging myself with my plants and music I feel a tremendous sadness and pain for those people so stricken with the evil presence of dictatorship to their destroyed lives and homes.:peace:

Bruce Banner autos Day 65
The Banners are coming along great.
All the plants received a watering yesterday with the Cal-Mag#(2-0-0) 5ml per gallon and some mosquito bits. I did not add any Epson salts this time even though the plants are not as dark green as I like but maybe it’s just because they are aging now. But I believe they should be a darker green.
They took 96oz / 2.8 liters water each with 0 runoff. They all drank 4 days ago so it’s a slight slowdown.
The MarsHydro SP3000 light is still 20+ inches above the tops and reads about 40,000 on my lux. I would like to start getting that into the 50’s here soon.
With the continued use of the mosquito bits the fungus gnats have been a non issue after another horrendous beginning with their presence and with the use of the Cal-Mag+ from day one I have not been effected with the yellowing leaves at the earlier stages.

The #1 Indica pheno is getting fat, sticky and extremely stinky. :thedoubletake:She smells much more then the other two and also much worse.
I went in hard yesterday and removed a ton of leaves. She was so thick and full I’m worried of getting an inadequate air flow and causing powdery mildew and even worse the dreaded bud rot! Even after removing a large pile of leaves I couldn’t even really see visually what was accomplished but it has to help. She is a thick one.

#2 and #3 are the two I’m most happy about because they are of the Sativa dominance and that is why these seeds were purchased. Now #3 is a couple days younger then #2 and it still shows with a closer inspection visibly.
They are both starting to stack up and the sparkles are settling on the sugar leaves like a late winter frost that gives me hope of some downright sticky Sativa buds for the jars in a couple months.
The limbs are getting too strong and I can no longer keep them all level without using some different tie down methods.

I‘m now having to start up my scrubber hours before company arrives as these girls seriously want everyone to know they are getting mature, ripe and ready for the taking. They are the strongest odored Plants I’ve grow lately. Stanky but should be some YumYum soon!

Im having a hard time feeling it right now but a few of the awards for the Plant of the Month have started to arrive and I’m extremely appreciative of all the sponsors that make these contests happen. I will soon give each and everyone your dues for supporting us here at 420mag.
My new #theperfectpipe is working great.

I hope today and your week finds you healthy and safe.
