damn you're blue dream is killin it bro! i've got a few more BD seeds so hopefully mine will turn out like yours next run! nice job dude.
 
Thanks again guys......yeah I haven't grown a lot of plants yet......but I'm thinking I really should have taken clones from this BD......she has been so easy to grow and looks amazing, she was a humbolt seed.....and I do have a green crack fem from them as well I can't wait to pop.....it's funny I was just thinking back to when these seeds went into solo cups(b the way won't do again.....start em in 1 gallon), I actually drop the blue dream cup and it flew out on to the ground against the wall and a dresser, took 20 min., but I found it.....:cheesygrinsmiley:.

Anyway yeah duggs the WR popped some more pistils....and today I went in and notice she is really starting to lean.....gain weight, I'll prolly let her go for a bit longer......they have all slowed down on water, it's funny the 9 week WR ran on 11/13 is gonna go longer than 9....and the 11-14 week zamadelica......looks like she could go anytime.......goofy how these plants work......have a good nite all......:passitleft:

High Brix takes longer to finish. I've got 3 low brix Lemon Paki's right now---I wrecked the soil experimenting with Epsom salts---and they are finishing at least 2 weeks faster than their high brix sisters. Yield is down too.

You'll appreciate the terps you get from letting them mature.

Damn Nate! Your plants are perfect right down to each and every leaf. Flirting with Mag deficiency, in a good way. Green and glossy. Now I know what my BD should look like. I can't wait to get my next round started back in Doc's soil - 2nd run at that!

Hey guys....hasn't been a week but I believe they are all getting ready.....with this update I would like some feedback on when to harvest.....they all got a heavy GE with tea drench on Sunday.....and brix this morning. No more pistils shooting on the white rhino and the BD is turning purple on me.......the zamadelica hasn't done any visible growing in a week, but is getting heavier, gotta tie her up......

Here we are.......
White rhino........can ya see many of the fans are turning yellow.......

Zamadelica........like I say no new pistils in a week or better......seems like the turning hairs are receding back......

And the BD.......getting purple fans, she doesn't have a lot of hairs......but the one there have changed........

Like i say guys, remember this is really only wrapping up my first year of growing, when to harvest seems like a significant part of growing......gimme your feedback.......lol, it's needed and appreciated.......with that said I hunk I could take them all rite now a be super stoked.........:passitleft:
 
I'll listen to the advice come in, right along with you.
 
your in brix but whats the trichomes look like
cause it looks ready to me but then I pull mine a little earlier than most
I don't like to wait for too much amber
why because the longer you wait the more heads deteriorate a little amber at the tip with no head is way past what it should be
once its at that stage shit will deteriorate quickly
just my opinion as you will probably get many others

Hey chronic thanks for swinging through........yeah they say in high brix that they don't really go Amber, on the budsites, I do have some Amber trichs on the BD sugar leaves.....I agree though prolly whenever I'm ready to do it.....I would like to hear some experienced brixer opinion......it's not happening tonite........lol:passitleft:

Wait about a week and you'll see 'em plump up. THEN we might be in the window.

I'm with chronic. I like the equivalent window of "just as some amber begins to appear", however way that may translate to your typical preferred harvest window. Doc says wait...I'd wait.

Pretty f'n decisive of me innit? lmao, I read that back after I typed it and just shook my head. :cool:
 
Zamaldelica will be the first to chop. If it's been a week already, and you don't see new pistils in 3-4 days, take 'er down. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I'm with Doc on the others. I was thinking 2-3 weeks. Are the BD ambers on older leaf tissue? Like the ends or edges? That's the one that looked to me like it could go longest. If it's just the oldest leaf material, then the potential new growth should offset that degradation. The growth at this stage is all calyx and tiny sugar leaf - all packed with fresh trichs. :slide: Worth waiting for.

In HiBrix you almost always get a second pistil surge, and frequently a third or more. Tikal, for instance, simply keeps blooming in waves. :cheesygrinsmiley:

it's been a while. I was browsing through my old journal and sadly i had forgotten some of the people that supported and believed in me through-out the whole thing, i sent invite to most of them but i had the feeling i forgot some.

I want to formally apologize cause you were one of them, i mean it's kind of natural for me to forget given the fact that you lurked mostly haha, but damn you were there like every update hitting that like button. I now understand how much you supported and appreciated my hard work even without saying a word. So, i'm really sorry for not noticing back then, and taking this long to notice until now.

i always follow back people who follow me on principle, so i feel terrible and i hope you can forgive me for missing out on you when you were there for me.
