Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

Yeah Van, it’s variegated. Last week here Carestaker told me that is a Chem D leaning trait. This chem Star is a cross between Chem D x Star Dawg.

High gang!
Carestaker is right on.
I'm a believer in the Chem D.
Running a Chem D x Purple Urkle from csi humboldt atm myself.

Good tip on the epsom salts. Thx

You could even do a foliar of the epsom salt (teaspoon to the gallon) that will really help her get some mg, which is what I think she really likes about the salt. Just my .02

Please don't foliar feed Epsom salts! It will act as a "flush" and the plant will stall.

The Transplant and GE products all have plenty of Mag in them.....if you need a boost add the Snake Oil to the Brix spray.

Again, please don't f-up your success by foliar feeding epsoms!

Thanks gang for all the tips. I never heard of ES foliar spray. But I just read what Doc said, and I trust his word.

On these salt lovers I seem to strike a compromise between ES and my wayahead (snake oil) in flower. I give ES at flip, then 2 weeks later snake oil with brix, then 2-3 weeks later 1 more ES, then finish. I’ve been in a sort of comfort zone with this, and have not tested a run with just snake oil. Thanks Doc, I’ll add it to the list for next run.

Thanks Hacker. Perpetuals have their ups and downs. The ups are I get tons of variety and I have more produce than I could ever smoke so that lets me give a lot away. The downs are there is always plants in some stage of flower so there is never any down time so cleaning tents or just doing a reset on anything is next to impossible. Trying to go on vacation is a challenge as well. You need someone you can trust to at least pour some water on them while you are gone. A good portion of my "off" time is spent working in the grow room. You have to have a passion for it if you're going to be successful.

Anyway gang I got a message about being nominated for member of the month. There's a first, thanks to whoever did that.
I got today off so I'm mixing 3 new kits worth of soil. I'm going to cook it in garbage cans this time going for a truly even cook. I've always wondered about how I store my soil. I keep several 25 gallon totes for soil, when I mix it all up I just divide it up into the bins. I'm not sure how evenly distributed my rocks were doing that. I'm noticing it on a batch of soil now that just isn't performing like I'm used to so I'm starting fresh and trying to get a full kit into the can. How do the rest of you do it?

I mix EWC & Amendment in containment tray, add 5 gal of filtered water, mix up real good, store in plastic 55gal drum on a wheeled HF dolly.

Oh and I leave one bung hole open on the top cover, Doc suggested that to me last year.

I have 2x 40gal bins and keep about 1.5 kits' worth in them. Each holds enough for at least 5 plants in 7's. I'm on a 5-6 week rotation so it always has enough time to get a good cook between.

My Clementine has rolled through week 5. heading into 6. The BCP has absolutely blown up and going so fast I can barely keep up.

That's slick DL. I just bought 3 50 gallon trash cans on wheels to try but I like what you got going on there.

The Clementine will rock up pretty good and that happens anywhere from week 8-10. I usually took it at 9. It gets an almost grapefruit smell to it when it's done, at least it did for me. That BCP plant is a really strong plant but she doesn't stretch much if any so let her get as big as you want before you flip. That stuff is so good.

Neiko,
Glad to see your nomination.
Couldnt think of a more deserving cat.
