Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

:thanks: and :welcome: MaddHacker.

I veg in 1 gallon plastic pots using Doc Bud's dunking wet/dry method. I let the plant dry to the point the leaves start to droop. Then I mix about 2.5 gallons of drench water and dunk them up to about an inch from the top of the pot while using a solo cup to pour drench water down the top. This will cause a bubbling. When the pot is saturated, about 3-5 minutes I drain the pot back into the drench bucket until it no longer is dripping. If you go on instagram and follow @docbudshighbrix he has videos on his veg watering techniques. That's the easiest place to find it.

Man dude you should smell the fresh cob of it....holy chit man!
Wtf?
See? Now that's motivation. :passitleft:I'm cobbing this Monday.

I’m starting to wonder if anyone’s Cob is going to make it through the 3month cure! Every one is so excited about it. I can’t keep up with the cobbing thread but I’m sure enjoying watching it in this journal and Sue’s. Y’all are like kids in a candy store :surf:

Ok so i read a couple of different forums about the dredge method.... seems like it is fairly easy to do.... I have some ideas on a new potting method so as to be able to use these H2O methods.... As for now I have solid plastic pots for all mature females so no can do on this for now.... But it is definately written in my hard journal (notebook) for my future, but near new starts of King Tut and Strawberry Haze.... Ps and yes i am up this early putting in the work... this is a very ummmmm Inspirational site.... Gotta try stuff...

When something new and exciting comes along that may dramatically change how we do things it is hard to wait for the results. Everyone is trying to get up the learning curve and see if this is really going to be worth it so early promising tests fuel that excitement. I may have let mine dry too much before cobbing but to the point it won't work it will just be different. Tangwena told me that my cob looked good even though I had no sweat. By the color of the pics he suggested I skip the fermentation stage and just seal it up for a month before checking it and the higher the temp during that month the better it will get. So I promised myself not to cheat. I won't open it for a month. I have that Carnival coming down soon and I will get that one cobbed a little sooner. Maybe I'll do a few at different stages and see the difference.

Have you thought of trying Doc's kit? It's the best growing decision I've made. Where else can you get the customer service like he provides? He is very active here and helps all the kit users that ask for it. It is also the least expensive system out there and produces the best results consistently.

Strawberry Haze sounds nice, who's that from?

Not sure as to seed company, but i am gonna get a couple of new strains to add to a growing guests menu, tho i can assure you that most are not that close as to smoke my Strawberry.. Love that Strain the absolute most.. My two new girls will come in as 1 to 1 and 1/2 foot clones... Daddy like lmao Morning all, get ur butts up and enjoy another wonderful day...

Yo Neiko you seem really plugged in on strains.

As you know I'm running the Jamaican which I am watching how your cob comes out.
Im really interested in the ACE gear now that were cobbin.
