Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

Too hot ...my GR gets to low 90's. after lights on a few hrs...ffs! Cools off at lights out to about 70-75f. Wanting some cooler weather,..not too cool though...:)

i here ya tis weather is screwing with everything that grows things that usually do well in my garden are crap and the things like watermelons went crazy this year they loved all the heat nothing else there liked it i can't do the grow room in the summer to hot i just started my indoor grow hoping the temps cool off before i have to have all the lights on it needs to be in the 70s or lower to run the indoor,you all have a good day!

You have a good day as well, thanks for popping in. Do you have any sort of cooling for your indoor space?

I don't really have anything to update that I feel is worth the effort.....sorry I've been crazy busy at work with the hot f'n weather. I currently have an amnesia, 2 clementine, bluniverse, Panama Gold and bubba hash in flower. They are all in the earlier stages of flowering except for the amnesia. I'll try and get an update this week.

hey mag i have central air for the house but i can't afford to run that just for the grow when its in the 100s its not a problem because it comes on often but when it gets in the high 80s or low 90s it doesn't come on often enough and it gets hot in there 90 plus can't have that i have thought about a stand alone my electric bill 185.00 per mo. 12 mos. a year if i add one of those it will be 200.00 or more gotta draw the line somewhere so i do 1 grow in the winter and a few small ones outdoors and i get more than i need with those two grows i have something going on almost all the time,do i wish i could do more yes i would love to have a large set up where i could do several of each strain as it is i do 5 different in the winter grow i like variety and then something different outdoors,you have a great day and stay high!:cheesygrinsmiley:

I understand, my bill gets to $300 in the summer with or without a grow, so I just do it lol the stand alone helps when it gets to hot and I don't run it all the time. I also have two dehumidifiers. One in the living room and one in the GR. This has taken care of the rH problem I've been having and leveled my entire home. I'm enjoying that all around. Best part is the investment in all I have can bring in a return if so be it and I can always sell it off for more than paid because I got awesome deals on all the items.

If your central AC is not coming on often enough it may just need a service. Mine was only coming on for 3-5 min and shutting off mid summer, I was dying in that heat. Once it was serviced it has ran beautifully every since.
 
i had a new unit put in years ago i keep my place at 75 the house is pretty new and insulated pretty well when its 87-90 out it takes sometimes as much as 45 min or more to come back on,it has been nice here upper 60s two days and low to mid 70s but that is changing starting today gunna be 85 and then a little more for a week or so hope it goes back to the seventies before i have to fire up all the lights I'm including a pic of what i have going on 1 led and 3 cfls and so far buy the afternoon temps are at 77-79 i have humidifier going to keep it at 50% we have pretty low r/h here in the summer it runs in the teens and twenties during the day have good one!

Well then you have it better than me. I live in an old house with horrible insulation and the windows, don't get me started lol, just sad!! I don't know, with 3 separate LEDs I can keep my tent between 78-80 and I keep my AC set at 75 as well. Does the trick even when it's 90+ outside. But I do get high bills but I'm also on a budget plan and only pay $188 for all my utilities per month. But it shows that my bill would be in the high high $2s
 
i added another led and 3 reloadro 400 watt cobs this time around pulling 1000 watts from the wall there will be some serious heat coming from that and some more electric bill don't no yet what the heat is going to be like the cooler it is outside the easier it will be to control plus if the heat isn't to bad i will use some cfls for side lighting they love light lol!

High Canna! Sorry not much happening here. I have some that are close to pic worthy and will update soon. I just swing by your place when I need some bud porn. I think the heat breaks after today and I'll have more time for the Mag but right now it's only a few minutes in the morning before work. I had close to 70 hours last week with all the heat we've been having.

I tell the missus high for ya for sure, have a great day!
