Dull side of the tin foil works, or FLAT white paint, or go get a $2.00 thermal mylar blanket from mega-mart but make sure you attach it with something other then tape. That stuff can land on your lights, and cause a huge mess, or even a fire.

There's a lot of light climbing the walls and getting lost. A lamp reflector will focus all of the light downwards to your plant. When using the fluro tubes they are so underpowered that even a small adjustment can make a big difference.
