They need to be just a couple inches from the girls.
I'd set the lights on top of the girls.

Have good vent holes in all the buckets an all the lights are about 30 inches above the plants what do y'all recommend I'm still kinda new but been doing lots of research so I'm trying

good start. light is job 1. your plants are driven by it.
there are a few ways to go. the simplest is determine the sq/ft of the area you grow in and buy a rig rated for that area through one of the sponsors.
good eyes.
i see some slashes on the sides, and no drain trays or elevation.

Walmart style shop lights 1 I this is a regular light the others are led lights or whateve. But my dad had tons of plants in one room with just those 3 an they were some the biggest plants I ever seen even on the internet
