Others will also chime in. Is it Fox Farm Ocean Forest? That soil already has a bunch of fertilizer in it and often damages young plants even if they get no additional fertilizer. So, you've fertilized it twice and that is probably the biggest problem. I recommend that you flush the plant well with lots and lots of water. You need to wash some of that extra fertilizer out of your pot. Put the pot up on blocks so it'll drain well and pour water onto the soil (don't pour it over the leaves.) Find a container about the same size as the pot and pour three or even four containers of water into the soil. Lots of water will run out the holes in the bottom of the pot. If there are no holes in the bottom of the pot you need to make some! It will take a little time to pour all that water through. Just keep adding it slowly and run out the bottom. After that do not water the plant for several days. Wait until the soil dries out before you water any more.
With the spider webs, you might have spider mites. There are a bunch of different products you can use to kill them, but I've never had the mites, so I'm not a good person to suggest a cure. The little spots all over the leaves are what happens when you have mites. Here is a thread about them.
Hi, definitely nutrient burn, FF soil is very hot from what I hear. Flushing is a good start for sure, also the leaves will get very droopy for a day or 2 after the flush, this is normal.
Spider webs on the plants aren't good, inspect the plants very carefully to ensure you have no mites. If you do have mite, get some neem oil, or mighty wash to get rid of them. You could also check out the SNS sponsor, they have a good product to get rid of mites
Good luck.
