NEED HELP MEASURING NUTES

I've been growing for a year and my plants always seem to get burn weather too much or too little nutes. The browning and yellowing starts from the bottom and my plants seem to lack size always usually only growing to a foot and a half indoor. I use RAW pure nute granules diluted in water about half a teaspoon of NPK granules each and CALMAG, I need to know how to measure the amount my plants need

Sorry your having issues my friend.
Burnt tips aren't a big issue.
But yellow leaves indicates a deficiency.
One thing you should do to help your girl is fill your pots.
Roots need more room to grow and feed a big girl.
It will help.
Which nutrient are you using.
They have a dozen.
Quick Google search came up with this feed chart for nitrogen.
