Can you get a close-up in-focus photo. Mites are usually not white and prefer to live on the young tender leaves.
My camera sucks zoomed in man I tried but last night before turning lights of I sprayed each with a mix I made with DrBonners organic hemp soap 1 table spoon in a 32oz . I haven’t seen any this morning. Might be aphids though? I literally saw little tiny round white types with Atenas. They move like a spider kinda

You are kind of describing springtails, google it to see if its the same. If it is, they are harmless, and good for your soil.

Looks like TMV or hemp mites to me.
Spent a good portion of this morning and early afternoon researching Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) and Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV) looking at the difference, similarities and whether they really are the same virus or not.

Those leaves do look like they have the classic Mosaic pattern on the surface.
