TMV is Tobacco Mosaic Virus and it is not caused by any shock on the plant. As far as I can tell there is no known cure except that some plants will just grow out of it.Yeah could be tmv from shock.

Can you get a close-up in-focus photo. Mites are usually not white and prefer to live on the young tender leaves.They are white and some web like substance around the soil
My camera sucks zoomed in man I tried but last night before turning lights of I sprayed each with a mix I made with DrBonners organic hemp soap 1 table spoon in a 32oz . You are kind of describing springtails, google it to see if its the same. Spent a good portion of this morning and early afternoon researching Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) and Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV) looking at the difference, similarities and whether they really are the same virus or not.Looks like TMV or hemp mites to me.
