About the CO2, I have no experience with it. To me, it's best to give them CO2 from the start of flowering to really benefit the plant. With CO2 comes higher PPM and water usage, it speeds everything up by 30% which in turn gives you extra 30% yield on top of what you get now. Best to have the place sealed so no CO2 can escape, very complex stuff I rather not mess with it. Mainly it is use for commercial grow since yield equal cash.

yeah i would like to try c02 only because I really just want to grow the best smoke i can oh and lot of it hahaha. but i realize there are other areas that i can perfect on before jumping into c02, to achieve the results i want.. beneficials, using better water, ect.. i got some plans for the future.. its just affording those plans =)

one step at a time, one foot in front of the other.. and thats exactly how i've been playing it so far.

That mystery seed is looking like it might be a great smoke. The base on that plant is insane. I guess topping repeatedly is VERY beneficial. Keep up the good man. I'll be keeping up on your grow journal.

There where a few posts that i had made onto another members grow journal, these links were not only on topic, but they were quality information links.

well I got an email from a moderator telling my that several posts had been removed from the journal because the links were going to "outside sources" (not linked to 420mag.com) so it was deleted. I guess 420mag dosent want us posting links on this site if they bring us to another informational site.

my link were NOT to another forum, they were to an online gardening mag, they had a few really good articles that i felt were beneficial to myself and everyone else here, so i posted them..
I mean thats what we are al here for right? to post, share and discuss information about the cannabis plant to help spread the knowledge! thats what I thought a forum was about anyways.. not deleting links to info being shared.

I wouldnt have been so pissed off if i had gotten an email first, telling me what links, where they were located, and then i was given time to reformat them so that the content wasnt lost.. i mean nothing is worse then spending hours researching for info to share it and have it removed. not only dose it screw me, but also the person im trying to help and the people who search threw those posts in the future..

long story short, they just deleted my shit, emailed me after the fact and left it at that. they didnt seem to give a crap that it screwed any one over. otherwise they would have let me repost that info in a different manner.

so i emailed this individual back and let them know how aggravated that made me.. well being the douche koo that this person has proven themselves to be. time and time again, he straight banned me for a month. didnt even try to hash anything out.. and he was the one who threw a wrench in the gears..

Hey whats good main?!! just swong threw your page.. trying to get this site back up to date.. im so lost with my pics cuz i had a few to upload, so i dont even know if anythings in the right order haha but at least i got pics up.




heres some recent pics, plant has been cut down then hung upside down inside grow tent, as an entire plant. then once fan leaves dried up i pulled them off, then I cut all major nugs off the main stem and placed them on a screen inside the tent so that all nugs would dry evenly, now im waiting until nugs are evenly dried on the outside of buds so that i can place them into paper grocery bags for the cure process.
all stems are still somewhat soft and flexible, they are not close enough to dry to start the cure process, probably by end of day tomorrow or wed ill be able to start bagging up some nugs, then will open bags for breathing and mixing every 6 hours, with time between burping getting longer with each time. so 6 hours between, then next day, 6-8 hors between, then the next day 7-9 hours between, then the next day 8-10 hours between, ect.. Im trying to drag out the curing process for as long as possible (without allowing mold to set in) so that i can produce the smoothest tastiest smoke i can. flush last two and a half weeks so I know all the salts and shit have been flushed from the nugs..
cant wait to try the final product =)

honestly, its cause i started that flush too early, and i had been feeding it straight water, I didnt want to switch back to fertz because of that banana issue, didnt want to stress plant any further. so I just said fuck it and harvested that bitch!, this plants been growing for a long ass time!! just about 5 months in total. which for me is a long ass time to wait for herb haha..

I will have been feeding plain water for 4 weeks by the time i harvest this week so i may be proof a super long flush is ok? Idk lol. 5 mnths is long as fuk! Im coming up on 4 mths n i thought that was long!

yeah 4 months is just as long haha, sucks waiting that long if you dont already have a perpetual system going.. esp because you know you have to wait just as long for your next harvest..

The only major diff i can think of for your 4 wk flush and mine is your in soil right now, which takes a little more effort and time to thoroughly flush the salts from the medium because the water has to pass threw the soil with the force of gravity and pull out all the extra salts threw drainage. where my set up is D.W.C. so when i do a quick flush.. 85-90% of the salts built up in the root zone are gone. because there is no medium to hold onto the salts, my medium is all water. so any and all salt build up is immediately washed from the root zone with the fresh water.
then over the course of a week to 2 week flush (after that intitial fresh water change which removed all salts from the root zone) all extra salts will be used up and flushed out of the buds themselves, because there is nothing left at the root zone but fresh water and roots. theres no soil or anything that could be holding salts. so the plant has no choice but to use up what ever extra is stored in the leaves and buds.

thats why i was affraid to go so long. because with flushing dwc. just like with growing in dwc.. any actions you take, whether they be feeding or flushing. happens ALLOT faster then with soil, or cocco, ect.. because there is no medium to help buffer the process. its just water/ nutrients/ roots haha.. which is one reason allot of new growers are advised against hydo, all actions taken could drastically effect your plants growth if your not sure about what your doing.. which im not 100% sure about all the time.. but for the most part i feel comfortable growing with hydro. I just want those bennys of organics mixed with the bennys of D.W.C.

Yeah the majority if it is all dried, and now its sitting in the tuberware containers, I couldnt find mason jars at a decent price were i live, and I already had some nice containers, even though there plastic they work! They are 1 gallon each. I have two that are stuffed then I have another personal nug jar and another 1.4- half oz still drying a little more in a brown paper bag.

havent weighed anything up yet. i have such a small scale its gonna be annoying as fuck haha. but ill see what i can do.. ill have more pics later im just too lazy. I smoked half a bowl pack and Im good! haha, def couch lock like a motherfucker. good clean smoke, no itching or burning in your throat or chest.
pulling on the bowl before i lit it gave me berry taste, really sweet. dont taste much in the smoke itself, aroma is pleasant!, Has a spicey citrus smell to it. but not spicey like kyan pepers but more like nutmeg. So far I like it!

the nugs have a nice color to them, they're very dark so the purples are hard to see with the deep greens and dark orange of the pistils.
allot of color was lost in sugar leaves. Im trying to get good lighting so that you guys get a clear shot of the final product.. anyone with experience and advice would be appreciated

Wow not cool that they had to strong arm you. Lots of good info on the site but i do feel we have to walk on egg shells. If it wasn't the case i would be more active on the site. Good on you for not keeping your mouth shut.

Anyway what's important is you grew a fucking wicked monster that gave you lots of good smoke! I've yet to see colours like that on any plant.

Thanks man! I appreciate the props. This plant def showed some colorful fuckin oil during the flower stage. I cant wait until the buds been curring for at least a month. I wanna see whats shes really got haha=)
