you're looking much better. good job.

it's not a cannabis specific media. it's still ok, and similar to HP promix, which is the standard. be careful when purchasing the organic promix, there are different types, and some are nuted. it's easier to run in a neutral (un-nuted) version for most beginners.

most bottle nutes and nute schedules will assume you are starting neutral. the hand off to bottle feeding can be problematic in some nuted soils. i wondered if that may have had something to do with the issues you saw, but i believe your media is neutral.

check the content list to be sure. if it includes compost you may be carrying nutes in the soil.

a nuted media can often throw a curve at the grower as different things become available to the plant at different times.

Pics of the girls today The sick stunted Auto has now outgrown the other one that was just no trouble whatsoever.. And as you can see the Photo Acapulco Gold is really kicking ass every day it's a different surprize when I open the tent.. Makes no sense.. But what do I know, Not much at this point beginning to wonder if that 3 gal pot is going to be big enough for the Gold

the autos have a ways to go but there is still loads of time. they probably will work out just fine. you might have to veg the photo a while extra to wait for them.

I have a Question about the Photo Acapulco gold If I top it and lift up the light will it stretch some more and get taller. Right now it really short and Bushy. It has been topped once already about a week and a half ago. Was thinking wait a week or two to top it again and see if I can get it to stretch some It has hardly come out of the pot yet... And the other Question was is the 3 gal pot big enough for it...

Ok so where did everyone go :bong:

Those are pretty loaded questions lol.

Topping the plant and wanting it to stretch taller are conflicting ideas. Topping the plant the first time changes the plants growth from apical dominance to spread out. It’s bushing out because you changed its hormones with the topping.

Topping it again will make it bush even further. You’ve changed the plant from growing one main bud to 2 smaller buds. The more you top the more this increases. Topping will keep the plant low and smaller since you’re both changing its hormone and growth, as well as forcing it to redistribute resources.

It seems you may not quite understand the purpose of topping. You may want to revisit the topic.

You won’t get any sort of explosive stretchy growth until you flip to flower. Once the plant goes into flower it will stretch taller depending on its genetics.

Is the 3 gallon pot big enough? It depends on what you’re trying to accomplish but probably not. Smaller pots require greater maintenance and attention unless you’re on a nutrient plan.

Also the plants look overwatered to me.. It may be the image or the timing but it looks like it’s showing signs of stress in its roots.

Looks like a little nutrient tip burn. :Namaste:
That shouldn't be a problem.
Other than sitting in half a pot of soil, a plastic pot too.:Namaste:
What's the problem?
Glacialy slow growth ?

are you waiting for the autos to finish before flipping ? you might wanna train the photo out some in the meantime.

your autos look like they could use a little pk too.

the pk part of n-p-k. most basic of nute knowledge. phosphorous and potassium. the edging on your auto leaves is a tell they are using more now than before they started to flower.
