hey buck hows the medicinal value with the babies in there? The few times I bred beans the meds were way different than the seedless. If you theoretically had two seeds and one was male and one was female you can't square them, right? Don't you need to hit the plants with the original generation that the male came from 3 more times?
I ask having only 2 seeds of GDP cross Larry OG and would love to keep em going?

You mean with clones? S1 girl was from seed... all subsequent generations have been Better!!!

You take a mother you want to "keep" and clone her. Keep this original female throughout the process
Breed her with any male from any strain
Grow those seeds and get a male and breed with the original mother
repeat this process until you square, cube or continue but you will never be 100%
 
Joy and pain of harvest

It is harvest time. As some of you know for me this is a mix of joy and pain. One of the the ways I deal with the pain is to prepare scissor hash as I go and use it just before I try to get up and clean up. I usually report that I get up and go about my work. After just one RoorRip I decided to edit one pic and report ... this plant is amazing.

Fish Cake, after two RoorRip I almost did not post ... dang. Did I mention this is an amazing plant :cheesygrinsmiley:

Sorry buck, I was asking about the medicinal value of the flowers that are seeded? Do you find that the buds are much different once the seeds are removed than same strain grown with out seeds? Last breed grow was a hindu kush female and white widow male and the final product was very harse and low strength compared to the same hindu kush from clone that flowered out without pollen and the buds were sweet tasting and really strong. Long question short do you get much pain relief from the leftover flower material after you remove the seeds?

The price you pay for seeding your girls is they put their energy into the seed. This limits the size of the buds, wrecks the flavor and loose a bit of potency... but based on a few early tests, blue moon even when seeded is very good.

Thanks Buckshot, thats what I have noticed and feel better now knowing what I experienced was par for the course. Got a wild hair today and took the solo seed freebie OG Kush and put it in a ziploc baggie/paper towel and set her under the tv receiver. Hopefully the gods will grant her the ability to be a great Mother :)

I did not want to mess around I wanted SEED! so I pollinated all the girls on deck like crazy. You could take another course and just pollinate one bud this gives seed and sweeter buds
