Dang
I did it to myself... wrote a whole post that is gone, dang.
Condensed it said the new Top LED panel does well, I am moving rooms and a lot of bla bla bla
New Story
When I heard I might test a new panel I figured like the rest it would go right into the bud room. At first I was going to put it up against my best panel (so far) a Budmaster. I even groomed a plant so I could have one side under the new Top LED panel and one side under the Budmaster. I shot an e-mail to the Budmaster folks to tell them what I was doing.
Things evolved and for Top LED I am going to grow a plant from seedling to bud under that panel (underway in the light forum) so a head to head test was out.
Then I heard back from the Budmaster folks
they were happy I would feature their product but they did not want to take any of Top LEDs thunder and asked that I don't feature their light in another
sponsors "grow" I thought that was cool... but what was cooler was they asked if I might want to test a Budmaster II?... Holy Cannabis of course I would like to test a Budmaster II
Since I have become a "tester"
and I am not technical (light wise) I started thinking what I should look at from a non-technical perspective. At first it was all about the light. What gave me the most? That is all I concentrated on. One of my oldest panels (2 years) had an issue and I had to repair it. It was a long process that I wish not to repeat. So I will be looking closer at build. Things I can judge and telling you about it.
The new room stalled, I need more cheap walls
why Wally world black plastic from the paint section? cheap light proof walls. I was going to line with white but I knew I was going to move, same now. Oh and I notice no significant loss of growth without the reflected light but more is better and if I get a "permanent" room it will have white walls.
That is it for now.
PS
I have started to think about "Dismissed" again
