My new grow space

WHy wouldn't you be able to do it in DWC? Not sure what would prevent it from being successful. I think you should test it! LOL
I second that motion to test that method ✊ @ mr @Van Stank

I did, in my experimental JHa garden of "nope i wont be doing that again", lmao. I tried to hang my single root from my germinated seed, down into the res of my tiny 6 site cloner, when i got home , it had fallen in the res, got trapped in the impeller of my tiny pump and the root had snapped off.
There, you happy.....i had to relive those horrible memories....lmao.

Seriously though, I wondered about the disruption of the root system. I know the Ruderalis hate being fussed with. Van if you think it's a viable idea, I've got an available spot in a bucket for the Gorilla Glue auto from Preston.

:thumb: Do it!

Thanks Guy and your just as awesome as you're helping you kids too. That hash is looking real good. Did you do that with just trimmings or were there some buds thrown in there too?
You guys are all awesone.....where would I be without a constant support system, honestly. I watch my brother, who I used to think was a growing guru.....struggle, OMG....struggle! Plants dying, bugs, heat issues, herms, males.....WOW! If hed just embrace and learn like I have from you all.....Now I've introduced my buddy @KCCO 77 to the forum. He builds a kickass RDWC system as a copy to @Scrogdawg and @Rider509 and is suffering from massive PH swings. Where does a guy go for that.....to 420magazine, thats where. @Pennywise, I wanted to personally thank you for showing up to help Earl, hes a good friend. I'd love to see that system kick was, never thought of RO as a potential detriment or hurdle like that.

Derbs, just smalls really ever make it in.....although I'm a lot more generous with what makes it into the trim pile now that I'm growing. Those 4 blocks came from about 400 grams of frozen trim.

@Jack420, it's really not that hard. I bought a complete set of "Ice o lator" bags from a local guy. Mine came with a 38, 70 and 220 micron screen.
As stated earlier, I'd do likely 1kg of dry ice in a pail of about 1/2 kg of trim or less. By trim I mean just that. Not fan leaves, I save those in my freezer for smoothies and juicing. Anything with sugar makes it into my trim tray as I trim....as do small popcorn buds from lower or undeveloped sites. They all go in the freezer til I have enough. Then if you look at the above photos, but combine the trim and dry ice in a 5 gallon pail. Place your pail.on a sturdy surface and slide the screens over the pail, starting with your smallest , I just happen to start with my 70. Once tightly on, turn it over and swirl the contents around for roughly 30 seconds. Don't shake them at this point. This will allow only the finest of trichomes to be broken free and this batch won't contain much chlorophyll, or the green stuff. The 70 micron is much more yellow in colour. At this point, you can invert your pale and shake it mildly for roughly 10 seconds. This will give you a fine Mist on your mirror or picture frame whenever you decide to use. Then you can collect it all with a credit card as shown and make a little pile in the back corner like I did. Then switch your screen over to the 220 and do exactly the same thing but you can be a little bit more rough with it this time and get as much as you can off your material.. Some people prefer to run it twice.
Then I jar it for a few days and press it into blocks with my fingers as shown.....easy peasy! The 220 is very obviously dryer than the 70 within a couple of days. I store mine in a jar with a 4 gram Boveda 62 pack. I crack it daily, just like burping my weed for about 2 weeks.

Nice job on the hash tutorial Guy. I'm needing some bags next on my list
Amazon as 28$ I think for 1 gal bubble bags and kit lol hmm try ?

I sense a stocking stuffer idea lmao! Seriously though homey, you didnt need to overextend yourself like you did today. You're awesome, don't get me wrong and I love you for It lol.....tell me about her.....your OGC.

Haha I knwo your a good man guy .

Whybits easy to do nice things for good hearted people. It’s not much but I like to share and get feedback from
My family here.

Og critical by emerald triangle.

To make this strain the emerald jack is crossed with one do the most amazing strains of the world critical. It has a tendency to lean to a sativa dominate side .
Full line up of genes is jack herer xemerlad og x critical .
It’s rich and musky and hint of berries /fruity which I love personally fruits strains .more then pine and diesel myself.it helps with creativity and uplifting energy high.

However , this plant I wanted some
Amber so let her go a bit longer .so she is mellow .

Very smelly stuff. Covered in trichromes.
I’d say it was a fast finisher in flower .
I would and probably will be purchasing more of this strain as so far better then headband better then big bomb to me of course.
My personal best .

I hope it helps you out and gives you some relief from the stress you might have as I know guy is a busy man.

Anytime man you Lowded118 and another not sure she want s her name dropped but got my last care packages I could offer until next harvest of course ✊

Good thing if it works out of course lots of variety man . Which is nice to have I really liek having multiple options readily availvale :passitleft::passitleft:

I'll reciprocate for sure my friend. Got some blueberry on hand as well as some white rhino coming down tonight......you be good today!

So Emerald Triangle eh, I've got some seeds from them as well. They are blueberry headband...... They make some nice seeds over there.

Those Blue Dream germinated super fast for me too, but my Critical Mass are giants by comparison. I have definitely taken notes on which seedling that's outperformed the rest. Definite candidates for mothering down the road. I picked one in particular from my blue dream seedlings, one from my critical mass seedlings, and one from the trailer trash Betty's..... Here's hoping that I end up with a female of those for some clones.

Fingers crossed for ya bro

Anything critical and I’m sure if seen that mass side huge yielder probably.

I posted a update last night my wife sent me few shots not greatest tomorrow I’ll do a formal update temps food etc lol

So let me ask you guys. Something that's always confuse me is trichomes..... When you see they are cloudy or if you prefer Amber .....then Amber..... When do you start to flush? Are you supposed to predict your Amber and start your flush a week earlier or do you start your flush when you see her amber's or milkies and therefore it end up missing it by 7 days as you wait for your nutrients to be flushed out..... Something that's always confused me.

Okay my thought on harvest and flushing is

I go by a chart I found saying that in soil you want about a 10-14 day flush time in coco im sold on about 3-5 days depending how heavy I fed them .

And in hydro 2 or less .

So if in hydro you can go pretty much to when your ready ...

yeah well I am partially responsible for this. I had the Lasik surgery done right before I retired from the Marines. I was near sited (could read great) but I hated wearing glasses and I had recently developed an allergic reaction to wearing contacts. I was very active in sports and outdoor activities and figure I wanted the good distance vision and if I didn't really care that the doctor warned me that improving my distance vision would likely leave me needing glasses in a few years.

Had the surgery, vision 20-10. Can see like an eagle. Problem was.....about 3 years after the surgery, my reading vision went to shit (like I was warned). The last year its been really getting worse. I had to buy some cheaters.

I wonder if the LEDs don't have something to do with it sometimes. .
Good morning Vs and all, Van it's your age I would bet you are approaching mid 40's. I fought glasses forever but can't wear contacts. It sucks man!

Exactly the same. Tried contacts, had a horrific experience where I lost one behind my eye one night and thought my head was going to explode LMAO.... Never put one in my eye since.

Contacts trip me out... my ex-wife used to wear 'em. I just can't touch my eyeball like that. LoL
Thankfully I'm only starting to get old-man vision in one eye for now....

-P

I'll stick with the glasses when necessary .....its routine now lol.

Last night's update....

Getting some incredible stretch out of my ATF plants now. Clearly in the past, environment has been a huge part of my development issues. This is by far and away the most I've ever had a plant stretch regardless of strain. Stank genetics once again.. day six since pretty flowers.

Not to compare, but I love the difference in the flowers between the indicas and the sativa dominant. Here is my Crown Royal in dwc as of last night.

No real update in veg other than the fact that I'm going to really miss these girls LOL. I'm thinking that I might give my brother my two mothers and two of my girls and keep one of my long-time vegging atf's in my cloning tent as my new mother.
Also as you guys all know, I took a 2 by 2 tent and turned it on its side in order to give me my cloning station. Not really all that impressed with the metal poles inside it. This model is called the classic 60, which is referring to its height. Just really not all that whipped up with the quality of the paint. I mean structurally there's nothing wrong with it, but they know what kind of thing is going to go on inside this little box, couldn't they use a little bit better quality material..... It's only 3 months old.

Next into cloning/seedlings.......
My TTBs are doing great..... let's face it, everybody is doing fantastic at this stage. Definitely two of these plants are over-achievers though as you can see in the photo. They have being marked accordingly for cloning just in case. I have been speaking with Jackalope behind the scenes and I think that even if I end up with a male in here. I am going to grow him out in my tent inside and see if I can get some viable pollen from him.

Next is my Blue dream (f) overachiever....
followed by my Critical mass females .....these 3 are HUGE! Yes you can put your plants too close to a fluorescent tube..... No other explanation for the yellowing on those 2 leaves......other than maybe a bit of splash.

And although I swore I would never take a photograph back into my blurple LEDs, I figured I would do it as shity as it is, to give you an idea of stretch for me.

That's it folks...... things are looking fantastic and I have to say that the majority of it is probably due to the addition of my new AC unit in there.

Albino Rhino beer festival this weekend in Ridgeway Ontario if anybody's looking for something to do....... I'll be the tall handsome guy in the dark hat LMAO.
