My insane grow garage what do you think? Pictures Included

So this dumb ass of a so called friend comes in and says its crappy and won't yield much.. here is a picture of his plants in his room looks like shit to me and like a palm tree he is 2 weeks into flower and i see and feel no bud and mine even looks better then his what do you guys think?

10k isn't that bad. Shit I got 35+ into mine. Grant it setup does help but it all truly depends on the horticulturalist

buddys dont hassle each others crop,it usually stems from jealousy
tbh man,Im not talking shit,but Im not sure either of you guys are using enough light for the size,hid likes 50wt psqft
my current build at 150sqft I am using 8x600,(32wtpsqft)and it is not enough power I should be closer to 75-7800wt,But im not buying all new gear,But I do know this,my buds will not be as juicy as they would be under stronger lights.

yes,but there is no reflective material,wall, ceilings, floor. all makes a difference

Its all about genetics man. Your "friend" knows how to do the dwc or NFT whatever it is so im assuming he has a basic understanding of horticulture. As long as he has good genetics his setup is fine. Same as yours, with good genetics and the correct amount of light per sq/ft and the other basics of growing, all plants will produce what the're genetically encoded to yield.
*Now theres obviously lots of hormones and steroids and things you can use to increase your yield but im not gonna get into all that malarkey.
P.S, You should try to get some white walls instead of the gloomy blue and brown. Increased light reflection will save you $ in the long run.

Keep in mind panda film covers studs just like drywall and would save you alot of cash.
Hey I just started my first grow!! And love what your doing looking for advice I have 5 Seedlings about Week old are they where their supposed to be?!? I want to learn I have some 10-4-3 Fert and been keeping the ph at about 6.8-7.0 in water??

@DuttyPanty Hey! Sorry About My Late Reply, But Here Is Journey So Far.
I Started With Miracle Grow (Don't Shoot!!) LOL! i know i shouldn't have but as a newbie i really didn't know much as far as Soils, Nutes ect... But After doing some extensive research i realized that MG wasn't the smartest thing to do but they seem to be doing fine so far. I will be transplanting these Mudasuckas! very soon to some FoxFarm Ocean Forest Soil. Being The Newb that i am i know i probably made a few Mistakes, but i'm very eager to Learn and am great at following directions, NO I HAVEN'T BEGAN TELLING MY STORY AS OF YET LOL... BUT HERE IT GOES>>
THIS IS MY 1ST GROW BOX I KNOW ITS TERRIBLE! BUT IM WORKING ON BUILDING SOMETHING MUCH BETTER SOON.
CURRENTLY I HAVE 2 ( 23W CFL's PUSHING 1600 LUMENS EACH AT 6500K )
1 6 inch fan BLOWING AIR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX TOWARDS THE TOP.
AND I CUT A FEW 2 RECTANGLE HOLES ON THE OTHER SIDE TOP SIDE OF THE BOX FOR THE HEAT TO ESCAPE.

Unfortunately i started my grow in MG and i found out later on that it wasn't the brightest thing to do.
AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH I GERMINATED EACH SEED FOR ABOUT 2-3 DAYS IN A DARK SLIGHTLY WARM PLACE AND BOOM THEY STARTED SPROUTING SO I PLANTED THEM AND WATERED THE NEW SOIL. LIKE A MUDASUKIN FOOL,I ADDED THIS SHIT TO THE WATER>>

This lil guy is about 2 weeks old and i started it with the same process. But as it got bigger the leaves started kind of burning out, i also had a Misting bottle that had MG Fert in it and i was misting my life away SMH i Know ( Please Don't SHOOT!! ) Lol any way as soon as i started to see this i flushed the soil with regular H2O and it seems to be bouncing back not sure doe >>
NO YESTERDAY I ACQUIRED SOME NUTES AND SOME pH TEST STRIPS. Nooooo its not FoxFarm but it seems to be some great REAL ORGANIC STUFF The Ratio is 10-4-3 its By All natural organ stuff its my first applying the right Ratios Of Nutes But I Only applied to 2 of my babies just to try it out.... i didn't want to jump the gun. But from my understanding and research, the babies love a bit more Nitrogen than anything in their Veggie Stage so i made sure to get the right ratios. I flushed the soil of the 2 FURTHEST TO THE RIGHT UNDER THE LIGHT i let them sit for a bit and then watered them again with some Distilled Water and my Daniels 10-4-3 Nute as directed 1tsp per gallon, i tested the pH i it was between 6.7 and 7.0. One of them look the stem is turning into jello pudding and the other one seems to be fine so far not sure, but it hasn't been 24 full hours yet... we will see. >>

My1st grow: Its nice that your learning to grow and here at 
theres nothing we love to do more than help fellow growers. But by posting your journal on this journal you've done what's called "hijacking" if you keep posting at the rate your posting then this journal will have more.of.your grow in it than the original starter of the thread....
If you haven't already, you need to make your own grow journal. Only post your grow on that journal, this keeps things organized and its not stepping on anybody's toes. When you have your own journal people will subscribe and youll have your own following of supporters but jumping in on other peoples journals looking for feedback on your own grow isnt very polite.
I hope this makes since and im not coming off like an asshole. Send me a link to your own journal and ill subscribe. I love first grows!

Actually this is an open thread. People will more than likely post off topic stuff in this thread. If your concerned then maybe start a journal. This is in the indoor cultivation section. Not grow journals. Just saying
