also, with the deficiency, it is a little early to give nutrients , but in this case, they need it. BUT only ONE FIFTH of recommended dosage

That is most unfortunate. I know that struggle all too well. You could always flower the solo cups under the fluorescent as to not waste them plus it'll give you a small yield to hold you over until the rest finish. Just an idea of last resort

I have a thin of outside potting soil I've been debating using for solo cup girl, but I'd grow it in a different room don't want chance of bugs from it..been sitting outside in 1foot of snow for last 3 weeks

The snow might help you out some but you can steralize the soil in the oven.
