Hay Fastass put a hygrometer in the jars then you will know what level it is at. If it is over 70% take out or leave the lid open for a bit. You can also use @Derbybud method of using turkey baking bags with a hygrometer. I like his method because you can put more in it then a jar so not as many jars to burp. You can some what control the RH in the bag by sealing up with more ambient air more if you need more humidity or less humidity by how much air you leave in the bag
