do other pictures of the same genetics support this? One leaf is an anomaly, not a deficiency... usually.

That yellow leaf is why I feed them for I thought that was a sign of needing feed for.

Ok so what do I give them for that? I think I gave them some yesterday with the feeding but I will go look thro my feed and see exactly what was in everything

many plants, especially those given tap water and or grown under LED light, need more magnesium and later calcium, than can be supplied in soil without causing lockouts. Calmag+ in its many varieties is a very common supplement for this reason, and if you look under my links, I even have given a recipe to create your own out of eggshells.

fill any container with something... that is one part. now gather 5 fills of that same container... that is 5 parts.

Looking back throw the pics that leaf was purple before the feed so maybe it is just the plant

You seem to need a little more

I personally wouldn't worry about spotting on 2 leaves. If you're not seeing that same issue on the whole plant, highly unlikely that it's a nutrient issue.

More likely cause is a bit of nutrients spilled on leaves, or moisture on leaves caused a little burn.
