I also been a lurker for a long time. I run a CEA room using led lighting so am very keen to monitor your grow. Glad to see you running a hotter room for the lights as i believe this really is the key to nailing the higher yields that we all strive for. As for your ppm issues i have found with the canna nutes i use that roughly 3/4 strength of there normal feed schedule works for me.

are you growing in soil or hydroponics?my ph started dropping drastically,like 6 points in a 24 hr period about the sixth week of flower and I cannot figure out why.I have to correct it with strait water and h2o2 twice daily.they are drinking about 5 gallons a day this probably has something to do with it.

Due to room size restrictions in my new place I am actaully growing in hempie buckets and have had very little trouble with large swings in ph as it is obviously a drain to waste system. But the warmer temps and low humidity will certainly cause the plants to suck the juice which you are seeing. Maybe it is just simply large volumes of water moving out of the system which is causing issues? That could account for your ppm issues but maybe not ph i guesss. Twice daily does seem like hard work maybe larger res?

Maybe should mention its a hempy sog grow due to height issues thought i better clarify.

i think the large volumes of water they are drinking is causing the nutes to concentrate and that will mess with ph.yep i think a larger res might help maybe 35 gallons im running 25 now.

Yep i just went away and thought about this. I also have a fish tank and i know if the water level drops it has a direct link to the ph. Same would apply here. I think bigger res is in order

Thanks ajagunle im used to seeing much larger nugs with the hps but with the led's they are rock hard and frosty.I had an issue with one of the timers that was turning 2 of the lights on for 1.5 hrs every night for 2 weeks before I caught it, im hoping this is the reason they are so small this rd.Im running co2 for the next round and getting rid of the stools the buckets sit on.that will give me an extra 8 inches before they reach the screen so hopefully we will be seeing some monsters soon!

hey Everyone,
I did a little more training today the purple kush are suprisingly bigger than the holygrail kush right now.I thought for sure It was going to be the complete oposite because of the og in the holygrail.these pk's are gonna be monsters! Im sure the hgk will catch right up as soon as I flip the lights.

Looking awesome. I am so glad i found this journal nice and early! Just finished a morning coffee while looking at your updates and it just makes me smile. I am in dark period atm so i cant enjoy waking up in the morning with a coffee and my babies but this is a pretty good substitute

thanks Tony Sussan, glad you like cant wait to get these girls under the led"s!! Fero is willing to make make a veg spectrum light in the same case as the 600's. It will be perfect for the 4x4 table so eventually I will go 100% led.

Yeah i run led for veg. I have found it seems to keep em tight and dense with real tight nodes. I have often considered getting them to make a a veg specific light with more blue in the spectrum to try. Would be perfect to have the intensity of a MH with the cooler and power saving of the LED. I love em and am completly sold on the technology. Those that dont get success with em i believe are not adjusting there grow style or bought cheap shit lights from ebay or such that are nothing but junk. Biggest issue with em still is price i guess. Big investment if you filling a room with em

dont I know it lol I got them all at once!they pay themselves off in the first year just with energy savings over the hps, no a/c no extra exaust fans and 1600w less the my hps.and once i get dialed in with them im confident they will out perform the hps,its all about conditions with them and im still learning.
