You need to have 50 posts, then you press the envelope in the menu bar on top...
Your plants look healthy by the way, and if you are going to top them, let me suggest a week of rest before going into flower.

Also as for when to flip I am in the same boat as you and I am pulling the trigger on Monday (unless told otherwise by then) lol But I do know i've heard they grow double to triple the size in flower if that helps make ur decision.

Flipping I think is a bit of a choice. If you don't they will just keep growing. Take a look at Dutch's thread, they were supposed to be auto and ended up not so they got a lot of veg time. You can probably flip anytime you want and they will double + in size during flower (at least is my understanding).

Most seem to adjust their nutes during flower as the plant will require less N and more PK.

But maybe check out a few journals of the pros and get a feel for what they are doing.

I would say your plants look healthy enough and big enough to flip based on the 96" grow size but I would imagine you would have to minus 12" for equipment at the top?? that doesn't leave too much area left for growth. AS far as the nutes go that really is just a user preference. But I would assume whatever brand of nutes you currently have been using for veg would have came with or has a schedule chart either online or a hard copy. Generally those schedules are used as a generic guideline and some people adjust based on how their plants are going.

Hope this helps,:Namaste:

am watering at 63 ph then adding Fox farms grow big a 4 tblsp per gallon. at every feed.

4 tablespoons of Grow Big is a lot of Grow Big! You should pH your water after you mix up your nutes. What flowering nutes do you have on hand?

I'd say flipping time is near. These plants look pretty indica so they may not stretch as much as a sativa but they could at least double in size and you will need head room for all those lux.

And when I flip do I put in total darkness for x amount of time. It seams kinda wired to put I. Total darkness . In nature that never happens. Seams like you woukd want to back lights down slowly until you reach 12/12?

PPM is parts per million. Basically tells you how strong your nute water is. Veg plants get one range, flower another. You use a measuring device called a PPM or TDS (total dissolved solids) meter. They're about $20 and most growers have one. PPM and pH are what you measure when mixing nutes.

You could lower your lighting over time but it's completely unnecessary and delays your harvest. Many go with 24 hours dark and then 12/12.

Mixing lighting sources is fine. Heat and light burn are your only concerns.

Oh also look at the middle of my new growth it look very light yellowish/green to me??? Is this normal or ????
