My First Atempt Growing Big Bud & Hindu Kush Skunk

:rofl::rofl: Why are y'all hunting for me, I'm right here, almost every day...lol

Y'all crack me up

I'd be more than happy to help out anyone who needs it :thumb:

I just have to be careful not to steer anyone in the wrong direction, seeing how I'm not a master grower yet...I'm geographically challenge in my current state so, the growing thing has been put on the back burner for a while.

The main thing I'm having to focus on first here is, making sure I do my job first and foremost before I can venture outside to play with the other kids...cool?

Some days/nights, I may have 20-30 articles to read and create posts for so, I'm spread pretty thin.

I feel an obligation of making sure you guys and all the members here, have the most current news to read while y'all are here, that's the best way I know of, to teach people about the BIG FISH we are trying to catch here.

This is one of the most important jobs here because it's what "Creating Cannabis Awareness" is all about and the constant thought of doing this from the "Bible Belt" is just the "cherry on top"!!! :high-five::cheertwo::Namaste:

What do you guys think of this LST i did :/

actualy when i was watering evry two days one of my plants was diyng ! Prety wierd i know ! xD perhaps is becouse i dont have perlite on my soil ...

I don't think that is it cause I don't have perlite in mine at all unless ffof comes with perlite mixed in, idk. And those are only the plants ready for flower. The babies/sprouts are in coco coir and I don't have any perlite in those either. It is on my shopping list though along with some dolomite lime.

Aren't they a little young to lst?

Honestly K, I don't think you need to LST train them this early in the game because they have so few leaf sets.

I believe they need to be about on their 5th or 6th set before you LST.

The object of LST is to get the side branches to grow like their own individual plants, therefor you need to wait until they start branching off the sides and then you tie off the bottom stalk to the bucket/pot to anchor it, to keep from pulling it up by the roots, then pull down the top and tie it off to the opposite side of the bucket/pot but you want to tie it off towards the top of the plant so that the light is shining on the side of the plant, not the top...make sense?

What do you have to re-pot or up-size your plants in to?

IDK? But I believe the rule of thumb is to up-size your pots as soon as you see roots coming through the holes in the bottom of the pots which usually is about the time the plants are as tall or taller than the pot it's in.

You should be keeping an eye on those roots coming through those holes...I'd be looking for this everyday with that big one. ;)

I'll let you in on a little secret I found with my AK47's...I found that the ones that grew the fastest and seemed to be more vigorous, usually turned out to be males, for some reason...so, the ones that were like this I held reservations about until they showed otherwise.

I'm not saying these will be the same way bro, I'm just giving you a little head's up so you don't get your hopes too high just because one is bigger than the other...understand?

Let's just stick to the original plan of growing these in normal fashion for now, ok?

You don't go straight from elementary school right into advanced collage courses, right?

Same thing applies with growing, you want to learn how first, then you take the advanced course, ok?

thx guys , and yeah warrior its true , the stronger plants some times are males :) i wont be disaponted anyways , male or female its the mather nature , i cant control that :) i just want that one of my plants turns out female , with two plants i have a decent chance of this happening , but we will wait and see ;) i have 4 plants in total , so the 4 turning out male would be a very unlucky shot in the dark xD and im gona keep cheking on those roots to repot them to my bigger pots ;)
